All staff were very knowledgeable about the products. Our first time in and we gave our concerns about food, and what we wanted in a puppy/dog food. The lady working was able to tell us pretty much everything about each brand without reading the bag. Shared her experiences, gave great informed advice. Everything we wanted for our puppy is at this store. Amazing customer service, amazing selection of healthy, real pet foods, raw bones, toys, everything. Can not say enough great things about this store.

Amazing one stop shop for our doggos. Staff are so knowledgeable about the products. The owner is absolutely delightful to get help from. She went through every brand of food with me and the nutriti9n and benefits of each one happily, so I could decide which I thought best for our pups. Highly recommend.

I recently left a situation where I had no choice but to leave my home and move to Grande Prairie with no money. I contacted Lisa and told her my situation and she was so sweet and she made sure that my emotional support dog was able to eat until my funds came in. Thank you Lisa you are the absolute best and I thank you from the bottom of my heart. You have a customer for life. You are an angel and I will never forget your kindness

I recently came to this store after many years as a loyal customer at another place in town. After months at the previous place of being shrugged off and ignored on an issue, I went and spoke to Lisa, who was so very helpful, set me up with the bags I had alreasy purchased at the previous place, in her system. Just like that it was so easy and she was very knowledgeable in helping me with what I was looking for.
