Staff are super nice and helpful,also a smile goes a long way and kudos to them all and also a gd place to go Cuz there open til 11pm

I don’t recommend it. Bought a 3 L carton of wine last night. It was the 0 sugar pinto noir. My wife doesn’t like it from a previous experience. We didn’t touch it, unopened and they didn’t want to exchange it with something else. Reason given: health and safety reason. But again, it’s unopened…. Not the best customer service. I would rather give my business somewhere else next time.

Besides the one staff member I don’t like to see … the other happy, nice staff make up for it. Fast,helpful and super friendly(besides one part timer)

Staff were super friendly there but the state of the building look like he was going to like fall on you so be careful when you walk in also not in a particularly nice area so just be very careful and safe when you go there ...be aware of your surroundings

Great selection. The cashier really new his beer. Helped me make a satisfying choice. Cool interior and masks were inforced.

Totally corrupt business. I was a customer there for a year and a half (frequent customer and often picked up for other people there such as my neighbors who are not mobile). Their prices are high and they charge a chill fee for cold beer compared to the BC Liqour Stores but I thought they were more convenient and I liked the staff that worked there. While I was on layoff during the pandemic the manager offered me a job there and hired me without an interview (ok, fine). I worked there for two weeks, showed up early for every shift, kept on top of restocking shelves and every one of my deposits and money counts were perfect. However the manager who is since left the business called me one day and apparently the GM of the Sandman Hotel had told him that I filed a labour board complaint against the hotel (I did, it was justified and I won). The manager proceeded to call me and told me to never come back. Ok, fine. I was trying to help them out because they can not keep enough staff there. Despite this massive breach of privacy and several employment standards I just walked away. I went in several days later as a customer to make a purchase and was promptly told by one of the staff that they were not allowed to serve me and I was on their banned list". Amazing. This business is shady
