I called in advance to see if they would be able to help me with an unknown code that came up and they told me to bring my car in. Upon my arrival, Rosie was SUPER helpful!! I have a new-to-me vehicle and so she took the time to show me where everything was under the hood and explain the code that had come up. She was extremely helpful, gave me peace of mind and had me back on the road in no time!! Thank you, Rosie!!

In a total bind, car's about to blow, got in quick for a gear oil top up and the staff took a great amount of time to make sure my important luxury sedan (3 series) was receiving the proper oil. They nailed it, definitely coming back with a less broken vehicle next time. Perhaps a Toyota.

The manager (Rus?) is extremely reluctant to do any work and has poor customer service skills but the assistant manager Brandon and the rest of the staff are great. Had them switch over my winter tire set last fall and ended up with one tire mounted backwards; since they're directional this was an issue but they sorted it the next day without any additional charge. To avoid this issue come spring I switched them myself and drove over to have them tighten the lug nuts. One bay is closed due to a rack of tires being in the way and there's a line up at the other two so I head inside to ask. First kid is busy so he runs to grab someone else. Manager comes out and says they can't touch it since I switched them myself; liability issue and company policy. I ask if I can borrow the torque wrench and do it myself, he says no. Loose tires in the parking lot and alleyway tells me he's running a tight ship and wasn't at all just being lazy.

Rosie serviced my car for an oil change and a headlight restoration. She is excellent at her job! My headlight covers have always been dull and I did not even know that they could be restored. They are clearer than ever and look brand new. Thank you Rosie and team!

I am a full time nursing student and from another province. I only needed to replace my 2 rear tires. I bought 2 used tires (different brand) and I’ve been having so much trouble trying to find a place to change them for me. I’ve had a few places tell me I had to bring 4 of the same tires to change them (Costco and Canadian Tire). One of these places tried to pressure me into getting new tires and more with an estimate around $1100, which I don’t need and can’t afford as a student. I came across Mr. Lube and called them. I spoke with Will and he was absolutely fantastic to deal with, he never once mentioned I’d have to buy 4 tires or even pressured me into getting more for my car than necessary. Got me in right away. He and Kazz were able to change my tires less than 30 mins and I was able to make it to work on time. They made my week. The entire team was super helpful, professional and friendly, I’d highly recommend them! Save yourself a headache and call these guys, they try to work with you as much as they can. I didn’t get the lady’s name but she was very nice and easy to deal with as well.
