Arrogant and terrible costumer service.Didn't even get a 'hello', but a 'what do you want'.Don't know if this guy has a midlife-crisis issue.Laughing at customers as they're coming in after lunch to rent something for night-skiing is the most arrogant behaviour and customer service, I've seen in a while.Won't come back, but as I see maybe he's paying for his 5* comments and ratings. Good luck.

The products there are in great shape and great quality. The customer service is amazing. Overall, a great place! Totally recommend to anyone looking for gear for skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, etc.

I had never been skating before, and Outlaw Sports came up when I was looking to rent some for the day. The staff were all amazing, answered all my questions (regardless of how silly), and just super helpful explaining how the skates should fit. They walked me through the rental process and drop off was seamless! 10/10 would recommend them!

For years I have rented, recommended others, bought used and new equipment and this place has never failed me. Just today they exchanged some new x-country skies I purchased at the end of last years season as mine were too short. I used them about 5 times and for only $20 they took mine back and gave me proper new ones. I know you will think they can put them in their rental pool and recover their costs and that is true, however, they could have charged me way more and still have done that and they didn’t. Great service, great knowledge - they have been in business for a long time- obviously doing something right.
