The girls at Griffen helped me and my fiancé pick out a wedding ring it was very easy, the offer great service we will definitely be back!

I walk by here frequently and most times, I get a smile from one or two of the associates here and I'm not even a customer! I did however, go in about a month ago with a question about my Pandora bracelet as it's a wee big (I thought so anyway) but one of them helped me realize that the more charms I add on, I will actually want it to be on the roomier side, ( I only have 4 charms) and it made sense. She got another associate in on the advice too and since they were both wearing theirs, I got to see them 'in action' and was able to picture it better.Thanks ladies!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Griffin’s in Lindsay. All the staff was wonderful to deal with and everyone was very friendly. As soon as I walked in someone was there to assist me and answer any questions I had. I went in to buy gold hoops and they had so many options to pick from! This was my first time buying gold hoops and I am very pleased with the ones I bought. They are amazing quality! I highly recommend Griffin’s to anyone and I will definitely be going back again!

I’ve visited Griffin Jewellery Designs in Lindsay on multiple occasions and have had exceptional experiences every time. Most recently, I went with my boyfriend to pick out an engagement ring. We were assisted by the manager, Lisa, who was patient in listening to what I wanted and letting me try on any and all rings that I wanted. She ultimately was the one who pointed out the ring that we ended up buying, because she listened closely to my “ring wish list.” Lisa was sure to offer us a 20 year warranty and explain everything in depth so that we could feel confident going ahead with the purchase. She sized my finger and sent my ring off for sizing. The ring came back the day it was estimated to, and fit absolutely perfectly. Lisa, as well as all of the other staff, were bubbly and kind during this very important experience in my life. My ring is lovely. THANK YOU to all of the ladies at the Lindsay location for nothing short of a perfect experience :)

Got the best customer service at this Griffin location. I was helped by Danielle who is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to buying a engagement ring lol. I had no idea what to pick but after I told her about my wife to be she had the perfect ring for me. She said YES..... Thank you Danielle

I purchased a Ring for my best man and Earrings for my wife. The sales lady gave me a price, tax in for the ring. I checked the receipt when I got home and realized they charged me $40 more than what she told me the price would be. I called the next day and they told me there’s nothing they can do about it and they didn’t know the next time the sales lady would be in. The lady that helped me that day was great (only reason for 2 stars), other than that I’m disappointed with the way this was handled. Returning my items and taking my business elsewhere. Wouldn’t recommend shopping here.

Quality of jewelry is not the best. Rude employees, lack of customer service. 6 girls working and not one came to help. But yet they were b*tching about their commission, they were rude and judgy so I took my business elsewhere.

Buyer beware. Extremely poor quality jewelry. Horrible customer service. Takes a month or longer to have repairs completed. Repairs are poorly done. Had to have another jeweler fix repair they completed. Been nothing but issues over the last three years. It is a horrible feeling not being able to wear the wedding rings your husband has given you because of the poor work of this company.

My mother gave me a diamond ring from here. Diamond quality is very poor, not the clarity they claimed. The white gold band was only plated and wore off fast. Ring was final sale eventhough it wasn't stamped on the recipient. When I brought up how included it was the manager said that's how you know it's real and walked away. Don't buy anything here, overpriced and low quality.
