I'm writing this review with a sense of deep disappointment. I entrusted my Samsung S21 Ultra to a repair service and was met with a series of troubling experiences.The repairman pressured me to share my password, claiming he couldn't assist without it. Feeling cornered, I complied, a decision that now leaves me anxious about my data security.He suggested a factory reset as an alternative to sharing my password. However, a factory reset would have been a major inconvenience for me, as I didn't have a backup and lacked the time to reconfigure my device. I later discovered that Samsung recommends using their maintenance mode for repairs, a less destructive method designed to protect user data. This discrepancy in information further deepened my regret of sharing my password.Furthermore, I was told that my battery wasn't performing as expected and was encouraged to purchase a new battery. However, my battery works perfectly fine, and the issue lies with the numerous applications I have installed on my device. This attempt to upsell products and services felt unnecessary and opportunistic.The repairman also suggested replacing two main cameras and the speaker, claiming they were still wet. He wasn't certain if simply letting the phone dry would resolve the issue, yet he was ready to charge me more than $400 for these replacements. This lack of certainty and the high cost left me feeling exploited.I share my experience as a cautionary tale for others. Always ensure you are well-informed about your device and its repair procedures before handing it over to any repair service. Your privacy and data security should always be a priority.

My mom said to give this place a good review because she forgot her email password. They fixed the camera lens on her iPhone (it had a scratch that mad the flash reflect and cause a little flare looking thing) really quickly the day before she was leaving for a long planned and anticipated trip.

I have a good experience dealing with Karam to fix my kid’s Ipad. Very knowledgeable and informative for you to have a sound decision. Pricing seems reasonable and not so expensive as I thought. Highly recommend to do your business.

Told me to wait for few days and contacted me later. However, a month passes by. Luckly I strongly require the crew to fix the glue, otherwise my back side of the phone kept opening from that time.

Came in to replace the dying battery of my iPhone X about a month ago. I needed it replaced as I was about to travel and apple just increased their battery replacement charges so I wanted to find cheaper alternatives.Ozair was the one who helped me out and he was great. He was friendly and answered every question I had. He got the job done fairly quick as well. Saved my butt from having to lug around an external battery on my trip. Battery is still going strong.
