The representative was very rude. I wanted to make a purchase of over 3000$. Waited over 30minutes and still couldn't get ahold of him. He was clearly focused on other clients including clients that had just come in. Being one of my worst experiences, I decided to go shop from the DIX30 store where I got a much better service.

Staff was extremely knowledgeable. I rarely get wowed with customer service but they were amazing. Sandy is the best. Made the purchase actually quite comfortable haha. Flexiti financing was easy to get approved. Maybe spent 1h in total to get everything done

An altogether pleasant interaction with people who love what they do and have as objective not to make a sale at any cost but instead to guide you towards what it is that you nèed with sound advice and careful consideration. Sandy was forthcoming, patient, attentive, and accommodating asking the right questions, allowing me time and space to gauge the products, and in so doing leading me to realising my very own (unconscious) preferences. She answered my every question goodnaturedly and at no time made me feel I was taking up her time needlessly. Would highly recommend the place and people to anyone looking to make a lifetime purchase!
