I went here once and it was the worst experience I ever had. Unprofessional attitude, rude and disrespectful. Never going back there, ever.

Went here recently for a pedicure. I did not enjoy my experience; staff are snobby and service was terrible. When we arrived, we were stared for a while until someone decided to greet us.Once we picked our colours and sat down, the lady who worked on my pedicure was extremely rough! I mentioned it to her 2-3 times that she was hurting me and to be more gentle, but she continued as usual. While painting my nails she kept pinching the top of my toes. I’ve never had such a painful experience with getting my nails done.Finally, once they finished with our nails we were moved to a drying area. After 20 minutes we assumed it was safe to leave , no one came to tell us we can go? My legs were left completely sticky and oily from the products they use and didn’t wipe off; it was a disgusting mess on a hot summer day.Service was terrible. Final outcome wasn’t that great either. I do not recommend and will not be back!

I have been going to this salon for over 10 years!!! They are clean, friendly and do an amazing job. My nail tech is usually Cindy and she never disappoints. I've also had my nails done by Paula and Hanna. Everyone is awesome. Highly recommend!

There is probably only one friendly person in here, Tina. It’s a waste of time to go to anyone else. They rush and basically complain the whole time. I take my mom to go get her feet done every couple of months, she has a really bad back so she can’t take care of them herself. We booked two pedicures and the lady asked if she wanted her to clean up the back of her feet, OF COURSE she does. Their attitude was horrible. She didn’t want to do any work. We got two pedicures and i got a Brazilian, I left a pretty generous tip. They called me a half hour later saying they messed up the price and I owe them some change. Really? I told them to take it out of their tip which they didn’t even deserve. Nail salons are at every corner, I won’t be going back.

Staff is friendly and always make time if I just go in for an eyebrow waxing. I get bio gel nails done and have tried many different places. This is by far the best place I have found. They are not too think, and do not break easily. Would recommend this place to anyone who is picky about getting their nails done.

Would never recommend this place, especially to those who are visiting it for the first time.I have visited this salon a lot of times since it was near my home. Every single time, I repeat, every single time, I faced terrible and rude behavior of staff including the owner(s). I am a simple person who believes in kindness. I used to ignore their behavior thinking that it wouldn't be like that; hence giving them benefit of doubt. I am new to Canada. Now, my latest tour there was quite heartbreaking as one of their staff member (who is perhaps co owner as well), behaved so badly with me. She basically insulted me in front of everyone there over a simple thing asked by me. It was so difficult to control my tears but somehow I managed to do that. I mean, if someone is new here, instead of being welcoming, this mean staff ill treats to maximum level. I was not taking services for free. No one deserves to get insulted over nothing, that too after paying. I think racism played a major role in this insulting behavior as I am an Asian. Never going to visit such a place again where staff lacks even basic manners and courtesy.I leave this matter of causing me so much pain, to God.

I have been a regular customer since 1 year and I always get the best service from them. I I am very happy and satisfied with Anh mail designs. She always understands the design I want. Thank you so much. I highly recommend this place for nails and other services.

My first visit here was perfect. The last visit was awful. Very rushed service and super sloppy. There was nail polish all over my cuticles and fingers. Despite the rushed service, this was a total waste of my time and I had to go home and spend more time fixing it. I am sure this was just bad luck and they have other amazing staff but personally I would never go back.
