Jonathan is a rare kind of wonderful person and professional. I was looking for someone to clean my hot tub, and from the first interaction, Jonathan demonstrated expertise, professionalism and integrity. He never tried to sell me on anything, he was easy to work with and find a time.Within 2 .ins of being at my place he informed me that my tub had a crack and shared what my options were. And to my surprise he refused to charge me for his time. He was well within his rights to charge me and I tried paying him for it but he would have none of it. That's the kind of person Jonathan is.If you're looking for someone professional and trustworthy, look no more! Jon is your guy!

John gave us excellent service. He was out to our home, that is 40min out of the city, the same day of calling for service. He completely fixed the issue and offered us a wealth of knowledge in regards to the care and maintenance of our spa. He went over and above to make sure we were properly taken care of. Would definetly recommend!

Came by and quickly diagnosed the problem. Gave me some very reasonable suggestions (many of which did not utilize his services). He did not charge me for this and left me with a very good idea of how to proceed. Would highly recommend.

Amazing service! Great help for us. My husband had worked on our hot tub in the past and knew some of the issues. When it wasn’t heating, he took it apart and JRD Pool & Spa helped us out over the phone. We met him for a part in May 2022. He helped us out with so much! We really appreciate honest helpful people - rare in the world today. Thank you!! We have referred others to you.

If I could give John 10/5 stars, I would. He is great at his job and even better at treating customers well. We panicked a couple of nights ago when we discovered that our hot tub had not been heating and after 2 phone calls with John (where he walked me through some basic troubleshooting), the purchase of a new heater, and some do it yourself" installation instructions

We had a leak in our Arctic Spa hot tub. Called Jon, explained the issue and he walked me through where to check, found the leak and made an appointment for Jon to come and fix. Even though he was swamped with calls, came over from a local area call and tightened the jets, no more leak. Jon said it was no charge because he was in the neighborhood and it was a 5 min fix. I haven't met a more knowledgeable and fair service provider. Would absolutely use JRD Pool & Spa in the future and highly recommend for any maintenance or repairs. Thanks Jon!

Jon was very helpful in guiding me through the process on how to winterize my hot tub. He displayed a sense of patience while on the phone and was available every step of the way. Most companies would just book you in for apt and charge you their full rate, but not Jon. He was aware of my financial condition and supported me the best way he could. He believed in me and I was able to do the work. I appreciated the kindness, this guy is a good guy.
