Had a problem with my cell phone battery was expanding. The battery for a p20 pro Huawei was nor available. Had to go online to order it but after they installed it and tore a connecting wire the phone now turns off often. If they manage to get a proper battery hopefully they will fix the issue. back up old phone is all I have. But at least I was not charged for the installation.

Purchased a new screen protector for my iPhone started to bubble right away. Went back they refused to give me a refund!

Horrible service. Needed the back glass of my iphone 13 pro replaced. Called them to ask if they offer same day repair he said they did. I went in to see them and the rep once again said they will order it and once he gets it in they will call me and it takes about 1hr-1.5hr for replacement. He called me 2 days later to say he got the piece in and to come in by end of day. I once again confirmed with him that it would be done same day he said absolutely. I then went in to have the repair done and he told me he needs to keep my phone for minimum 1 day. I explained to him that he told me multiple times it would be done on the spot and he said he was mistaken. Then told me nothing he can do he needs to take my phone. I refused due to the lack of clarity and I no longer trust them with any of my devices.

I had the lovely vendor apply a glass cover on my new phone. He did a great job. I reached in my purse only to find I left my wallet at home. He was very kind and trusting, I insisted I leave my phone number. I returned home and got my wallet and went back and paid. Very personable service. If I need a phone case or repair, I will return here no problem.

AWFUL HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Dropped my phone off for a screen repair. They returned it to me with one of my camera sensors broken so my Face ID and portrait mode no longer worked. Took it back-- they said they needed to use special tools to repair it and it would take 2 business days. I had to call and chase them down for 3 days for them to tell me they can't fix it. They BROKE my phone. DO NOT go here. Still waiting for my refund. Horrible, awful service.
