Great sunlit warm studio with a variety of sessions for all levels of yoga, products available to borrow/buy if you are new to yoga or don't have your mat with you. Excellent yoga teachers with lots of knowledge to adapt to your strengths.

Fantastic. Can't believe that Kristie has even encouraged my husband to regularly attend physio yoga sessions! She is so welcoming, incredibly helpful and ALWAYS makes you feel that you know what you're doing!
