My mom, Narinder was in a very bad car accident a couple years ago where she had sustained fractured ribs along with numerous other injuries to her body. She was referred to Sunny who helped her rehabilitate herself when she had gone to many different physiotherapists and attempted different routes to help her recover back to how she was, once before the accident. Sunny made that happen, and now she is better than before. He is great at what he does and we truly recommend him!

I would highly recommend Sunny for personal training services! He ensured a custom workout routine was in place based on what I was looking to get out of my training services. Sunny always made sure i had the correct technique prior to starting any new physical activity. Within 3 weeks I was seeing results in my back(my focus area), more definition, and my posture was starting to improve as I have always been a sloucher. Sunny would mix up my routine to ensure I was always being challenged. Thanks to Sunny's personal training service, I was able to kick-start a positive lifestyle change and become a healthier version of myself.

From the very first appointment to the last, the professional team at Get Active Rehab was consistent with the quality of treatment,along with making the process of being able to recover simple and informative.
