Woke up on a Saturday winter morning with the furnace not working and the temperature dropping. Jaxon was able to come out first thing and got us back up and going before I got a call back from the other companies I reached out to. He got the work done quickly once parts were obtained. Would definitely recommend!

I called Heartland around 10:30 in the morning, they called back early afternoon and were here by 1:30. They reviewed my problems...plugged kitchen sink and cracked pipe, they fixed the sink 1st and provided me with options for the cracked pipe. Once our decision was made, he fixed both of our problems in a timely manner. The price was very reasonable, if needed I would definitely call on Heartland for my plumbing needs. He replaced our old hot water tank and was by far the most reasonably priced plumber, showed up on time, cleaned up any mess that was made, and did a great job. I have used this company a few times now and have never been disappointed! The first heat wave of the year my AC went down. Other companies weren't able to come for over a week and Heartland was there in hours and had it back up and running right away. They are super knowledgeable and were able to diagnose the issue right away. This last time my hot water tank wouldn't light and I was completely out of hot water. It was late at night. I called expecting to leave a message for a service request but instead they answered and came out that night to fix the issue. This company has great customer service in that they always answer right away, fix problems the first try, follow up the next day to make sure things are still working well and have excellent pricing. I really can't say enough good things. Highly recommend Heartland for any plumbing or heating issues.

I had Jaxon come by and fix my boiler at my house. I phoned in the morning and he was able to come by and fix it the same day. He was very professional, efficient and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend.

We were not disappointed. When Jaxon promises he’ll get the job done that day, you can count on it. I used heartland to fix the natural gas hook up for my bbq in my apartment. They showed up on time and completed the work efficiently. He explained to me what work was done and how to use the natural gas for my bbq. He also followed up with me the next day to make sure everything was running smoothly
