The McChicken I just got from McDonalds was dry & stale like it had been under a heat lamp for hours, dried to nothing. There was nothing enjoyable about this burger except the fresh veggies and cheese I put on myself. 0/10, I hope McDonalds disappears from the Earth. Next time, I will eat nothing or eat a local chicken burger with fresh ingredients or learn how to bread my own chicken and stock my freezer. McDonalds overcharges for terrible food.

I have just returned home after standing for half an hour in the McDonald's restaurant on Gardiners Road waiting for my food order. My wife and I are both Seniors. We walked in and placed our very simple order of an egg blt mcmuffin, an egg mcmuffin, and two seniors coffees. We place this order a couple of times a week when we are out doing our errands. For thirty minutes, I watched my number 234 on the screen be ignored. At least a dozen people arrived after me and left with their food before me. After waiting for twenty minutes, I politely enquired about my order and was told that it was up next. I watched the Uber drivers coming and going with food, and the drive through traffic moving right along. After thirty minutes I walked up to the young associate who was wonderful and she called over her manager who I believe was named Ann when I politely asked for a refund. After explaining my experience to her, the best that she could say to me was I just had thirty orders." Mine obviously wasn't one of them. She made absolutely no effort. No apology. Nothing! I told her to keep my $12.81 and walked out with my wife. As one who has worked decades in retail and the service industry

Got the new Fruit Splashes. Was really disappointed when it looked like water with one drop of food colouring and also tasted like nothing but water. Also we’re random things floating in them. Save yourself the money.

Always have to wait and always forget something in our order! Sick of paying 45 dollars for food we don't get! You can't even go back because they never give you your receipt!

Ordered a large iced coffee (confirmed with receipt) and received a medium. I talked to the guy (seems to be manager) and he changed it to a large, but it was just the medium one with more ice or water. It tasted very diluted. It is the first the first bad experience I've had, but thought it was important to mention it as it is not good practice.

The food I ordered was not very good. The meat tasted gritty and old. Not very warm as well. The $1.00 drink was the best part of my meal.

Had the chicken big mac today, pretty meh, would not order again. Not horrible, but not the least bit exciting either. The big mac sauce does not compliment the chicken patties and the patties themselves were pretty tasteless. Overall a big flop in my book.

Overall bad experience today. Location was unavailable for the app, so had to go in and order since my vehicle does not fit in the drivethru. Wanted to try new dips for the nuggets, not available . Reciept did not print from self serv, due to printer error. Pop machine had no ice so beverage was warm and flat. Fries were cold and cheeseburger looked like they threw the patty on it from across the restaurant. Don't frequent this location much , but will not be back .

I'll let the photos speak for themselves..this place is filthy. The playplace is closed apparently due to covid!? In the short time we were there, we watched about 10 kids run up to the playplace, excited for some fun, only to be disappointed. Some were crying, including ours.

On the 19th Feb, we visited this (24 hour) McDonald’s around 9 PM because our car broke down and we ordered two meals while we were waiting for a ride to go to Toronto. Dine in closes at 10 PM and we had requested the manager on duty there if we could stay just an hour more because it’s -10 outside and we have a 6 month old and we’re not fully prepared to go out because we didn’t know our car would break on our way from Ottawa to Toronto. The manager there on duty was SO rude and she spoke to us in a very very unacceptable manner and said that’s not her problem and that we have to leave. This is not what customer service is, I’m not upset about us spending an hour out on the streets but I’m upset about the fact how insensitive she was in her tone. Truly the worst customer service I’ve ever seen.
