Jump+ Apple Premium Retailer (Calgary)

Purchased a new iPhone 14 Pro and opted to add screen protector and lens protector for the multiple camera lenses.No issues with the screen protector, however, the lens protector chipped on the edge in less than a week. This resulted in quite a sharp edge. Returned to Jump+ and they agreed to replace it, but were going to charge a $10 replacement fee. I replied that I felt that was unfair and eventually they replaced the protector at no charge.A few days later, the same issue, a chipped glass on the edge of the protector screen. This was my wife’s phone and it’s always handled carefully. When we returned after the second incident, it was explained to me by the staff that the lens protector “is designed to break” as that’s how they protect the lens. Highly doubtful. I asked for a refund and was refused on the grounds that it was a result of owner abuse. Very insulting. Don’t plan on returning after this type of treatment.

Such a cool, helpful bunch of guys in this store. The manager James and his associate Sam were very helpful in my search for a new gadget, offering fantastic advice and were very overall just very friendly! Keep up the great work!

I stopped in to take a look at getting a new iPhone 14 pro max. As I was chatting with James, the manager, about my old iPhone 11 Pro Max that just stopped working, he suggested I tried a special reset and maybe that would help.I gave it a whirl when a got home and holy moly it totally worked!! I couldn’t believe it!Thanks so much James, you are a wizard of iPhones my friend!!

Went for apple airpods issues for voice over the phone call. waited one hour. Returned me the airpods back said have cleaned them but issue i still same. My airpods i just purchased 3 months ago. Eligible for replacement. Very disappointed. Bad service. Visited store on April 23.2023

I had an appointment but got there a little early, I asked one of the guys if they were not to busy, if they could help me and without any hesitation he said yes and he help me. Very friendly very respectful and very helpful. If I ever need help definitely going back, thank you James Alexander.

My AirPods are covered by apple care and are still under warranty. I told them they are not working properly and I want them replaced. The person on the desk told me that first I have to pay $40 for them to clean and then they will run diagnostics on it!1. They were already clean2. No other apple store charges anything if they are under warranty, I went to the one in chinook mall and they did it for free3. I am already paying for apple care why would I pay and additional $40?All they want to do is rip you off! Would not recommend at all

My phone crashed so I went in to see if they can help me. James was very helpful and friendly. He fixed my phone and show me few things on the phone. Great customer service.

My Apple Watch was a little bit broken, I asked them for fix, the service was amazing and they gentleman here did beyond what I was expecting, It was really amazing, employees make the difference always.
