Unprofessional and rude. We agreed on a price including delivery for a squat rack and then minutes later Jamie asked me to throw him a bone" and pay $200 extra just because they had to "dig it out" and deliver. I didn't want to pay the $200 extra (would rather pickup/install myself)

I HIGHLY recommend Jamie of Fit Fix. He was the 3rd person I contacted about repairing my Keiser M3i bike (as the computer wasn't working). He flat out told me it would cost way too much to have him out to the house to assess/repair and instead, offered to help me problem solve via text. WOW! Who does that? I was able to share pictures, discuss basic troubleshooting and ultimately felt comfortable ordering parts direct from Kekser (thus saving me not only multiple house call" fees
