It was SO loud in this restaurant it was unenjoyable and I wanted to IMMEDIATELY leave. It was SO loud our waitress couldn't even hear us and we had to point to the menu and use hand gestures to order. The morning after, my ears were ringing and my throat was raw from having to yell just to have conversation with my friends. I am 100% sure the decibel level in this place is at unsafe levels. The staff need to get the ministry of health involved for the hearing damage they are receiving from even short-term exposure. I can't even imagine the hearing damage from long-term exposure. This is a restaurant that I will NEVER return to because I would like to keep my hearing.

I ordered from them on Skip recently and had mentioned they previously forgot my chipotle mayo a couple times, but that I had ordered when they were super busy both times and enjoyed the food I got anyways! Then I said If you guys remember it this time that would be awesome! Thank you!" So they then proceeded to give me enough chipotle mayo to swim in and an awesome apology note.Give these guys your business

After being told we couldn’t sit on the patio at another establishment we ended up here this evening by chance and we are so happy we did! Extremely quick service and absolutely amazing food & drinks! Definitely will be coming back

The Nashville chicken never fails! And it's a nice treat to go to a restaurant and side salad isn't just two leafs of lettuce in a tea cup!

I always order taco salad from here. Ordered taco salad for delivery and was getting ready to eat. Took a scoop of the sour cream and got a hair from the sour cream. Not happy.

We had the chicken tenders with onion rings and the Buffalo chicken sandwich with fries. Everything arrived hot and was delicious. Will order from here again for sure.

Our experiences with Vic's started off well enough, but over the last year, 75% of the times we've ordered delivery at least one item is missing, if not more. Usually the sides are missing, other times entire meals. Sometimes we'll be told we can pick the items up ourselves because they forgot to give it to the driver (which makes the convenience of delivery no longer convenient, on top of the extra fees paid associated with having ordered delivery to begin with), or, it's just missing" so that's that with no solution offered. Other times we haven't even bothered mentioning it. More attention needs to be paid in this area if delivery is to be offered. The burgers and fried foods are good

Ordered fish and tater tots, recieved 2 burnt deep fried fish and 8 tater tot for 4.00 extra.. my suggestion is change the oil for deep frying. Probably kept using the same oil for 10 yrs. very dissatisfied with the food
