TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

Been with TD since I was a little girl with a paper route and never in my 20 years have I had to deal with such disappointing service the bank teller Mustafi was an absolute waste of my time. Could not help me at all and was SO rude. He avoided directly answering my questions and had no idea what he was doing. Terrible service, literally worse customer service I’ve ever received. He was useless. Had to call TD through their mobile online service and get the wonderful lady to fix the issues and she was a blessing. LITERALLY this guy makes me want to switch to RBC. TD hire a better customer service teller literally everyone is looking for a job, do better. It’s not a lot to ask & Mustafi is garbage. I hope he gets fired and has no one to go home to on Valentine’s Day. Thanks for ruining my day. Wish I could leave a 0/5 star because I would.

I tried to change an address of a business. I did not have my access card and my Driver's License is a temporary License. They did not accept it my temporary license. I told them I have a scanned copy of my old driver's license and they did not accept it. I understand the security measure but there must be common sense. They should have ask me anything about the account like security questions. The teller and bank manager are also rude and racist especially the bank manager. I went to this branch morning of June 22, 2021.

I came to this branch with just 3 person lining up. It took 30 mins to be served. It’s frustrating how many staff is inside walking around but then only two cashier is serving customer.

Visited Bellamy & Ellesmere branch today. The new manager (don't want to name him, but he is an idiot) & new staff don’t bother maintaining long standing relationships. Our portfolios & 12 years of history doesn’t matter to them. Teller was confrontational rather than being cooperative. Moreover, the Manager was even argumentative. He need to learn communication skills and be polite.My balance usually is north of 10-20K, but went below 5K for a day and I asked to waive the mthly charge. He did not do ot, instead argued and showed his attitude. Having terrible experience since last 6 mths. The manager, the staff & customer relations need to reassess their strategy. Usually I don’t leave reviews but they really made me.This branch is getting worse.I remember when they had a very nice gentleman named Archy.He value relationships and always had a smile. The new idiot Manager need to learn a lot!

So what has happened over the last year..? Does this financial institution not realize that people will vote with their feet? An educational degree or even a post graduate degree in any business is incompatible with a condescending attitude..toward the customer..Etiquette and courtesy go a long way in attracting business..Also treating impartiality is key..;)

It's rare that I'd bother leaving a review for a bank, but I must say I was blown away by how friendly absolutely EVERYBODY in this building is! Everyone, including those who simply passed by me, greeted me with a smile and a warm welcome. Prama Kar and another associate helped me complete my corporate deposit without issue. Thank you to all the staff here for making a mundane trip to the bank a positive part of my work day.

Unprofessional staff dont know how to solve any problem playing blaming games wasting people time destroying td customers i dont trust them anymore

DO NOT visit this TD branchI made the mistake to step into this branch to deposit a bank draft “from-and-to TD” and they gave me the usual 5-business day hold period requirement for it to go through clearing.Although this makes sense for a cheque, or a bank draft from another institution, it makes no sense for a lengthy 5-business day hold period in this particular scenario.I explained that I completed another bank draft deposit at the Markham/Lawrence TD branch 2-months ago and that was from a different institution. They were able to release the hold on the same day after confirming with the other institution via email that it was a legitimate draft. However, for some reason today, this TD branch isn’t able to complete something much easier where the draft is from the same institution.At the very least, these inconsistent internal processes should be reviewed and improved so that other customers are not experiencing the same challenges.

Whatever you do, don’t go here for change. I was standing at the teller today for 20 plus minutes while they had a long line up and getting me 2 rolls of quarters and 2 rolls of loonies was too difficult for some reason. Left without the change. People in line were getting very upset. There were 3 tellers but the line wasn’t moving. Wayyyyy too slow.
