Nice winding road leading out to the lighthouse, there is a small rock beach where you can go in the water. Perfect for sunset pictures

Marache Point Lighthouse
A gorgeous spot that I visited in June 2022 (brought a picnic lunch from La Goelette in Arichat!) with my son. A short walk from the parking area offers great views, surpassed only by those from the small lighthouse itself. We were fortunate to run into Jerry LeBlanc whose parents were the last of the resident lighthouse keepers and hear his stories of the area.

Beautiful area. Roads up to lighthouse are destroyed so you are walking up to it and some terrain will not be possible for those less mobile. Definitely worth the stop if you're in the area.
