I received support from Sarah and Deborah when applying for my citizenship & their support was timely and top notch. It's great to see support being provided from the first, to the last step of the process (including pre-calendarized recurring citizenship test classes - helps those who may need a virtual tutor). My application package and documents were thoroughly reviewed by Sarah before I mailed them to citizenship Canada - it's great to have an expert skim through your documents and ensure that everything is in order, for free. I first went to newcomer services in 2019 for resume review. Deborah helped me book an appointment with an instructor. I don’t remember her name. But she is super nice and helped me review my resume line by line. She also gave lots useful tips. This year, I emailed Deborah again. She sent me useful links and directed me to Tim’s class. His slides are very informative and covered all the details about Canadian history, etc. Thanks so much , newcomer services for everything you did for us!

Big shout out to Tim really helpful guy helped me a lot his virtual school teaching is incredible it helped me pass my citizenship test !

I wrote a review last week, and apparently the admin has deleted/hidden that review. If you don't want the world to know that you have such horrible services and people then close the center, do not delete the reviews and truth/facts about how your people behave.Reposting the my previous review:I had a call this morning with one of their staff. She was horrible and she was horrible to the extent she used words like people are lazy and are looking for everything for free. So, kindly note it is really difficult for Newcomers, if you do not want to help then simply say no" or "do not work" for such a noble organization because you do not have any empathy and you cannot comprehend the issues that newcomers face at all.You do not even know the horrible experiences that Newcomers go through from renting a place to job hunting and many more

Asked for help with printing a form(one page) for my citizenship oath and the lady says she is busy and cannot help me. Absolutely unprofessional. One page she couldn’t help me with. Writing on behalf of my mom. Please re train staff as they tell you straight up they can’t help you. Eventually i left as i am older and do not know how to work a computer but i got the form printed elsewhere no thanks to your services! Do not recommend. Very disappointing.

I had a nice experience taking the citizenship test class. The instructor was so resourceful. He had the patience to accommodate question. Thanks to the organizers for putting up this program.

The instructor was very good and topics was very helpful and interesting for clearing my exam. Thanks for everything.
