Very nice location but not satisfied with the food.I asked them if the patties are frozen and they said it's all fresh never frozen however it tasted like you get a frozen burger from Costco or Superstore.I am a big burger lover and I have pretty good taste in differentiating good and bad burgers. It did not taste or look like a fresh patty

They make a surprisingly good burger with fresh ingredients, but the avocado toast is meh. Price on the outside menu is $10.95 but be warned, that is the old price. The new price is $13.95 and it looks different than the one on the menu.Really friendly staff, though! I'll be back to try the Vietnamese menu.

I had the tofu Bahn mi which was amazing! Reasonably priced, fast & friendly service, and delicious food. I will definitely come back to try other items! Such a hidden gem.

Delicious food, as fresh as it gets in Vancouver. The place is always welcoming, the owners are lovely. California Burger 10/10, same as the fries. Definitely worth stopping by.

The burger was so good. Love the thick juicy patty and the soft sturdy bun with total affordable price!Overall, tasty food and friendly service, definitely worth more than one try! Definitely recommend.

Took a chance to try Vietnamese food and was not disappointed.Had the Chicken Pho, and it was very good. It was my first time trying the dish and I can now add it to my expanding list of ethnic foods I enjoy.

This place is so random. I wanted viet food and my friend wanted burgers so we were so surprised to find it in one place. The lemongrass chicken rice plate was sooo good. Portions are quite big and everything is very reasonably priced. The people serving us were so friendly as well.
