Drive thru atm not accepting cash and the atms in the area arnt either. Sunday so they lock the ones inside. Very infuriating when you are trying to pay rent but now cannot because this service is down. This has happened a few months ago aswell. Will be thinking about switching banks because of this issue.

Messed up my precious metals order twice, admitted it, but refused to fix the issue. Mislead me about rrsp information. Has constantly given me false, or contradicting information. Very poor service. Made a mistake moving some products here. I will only be back to close my account. Very disappointed.

There are always problems with the machines, drive-thru particular. Went through today and it was not accepting cash only cheques. Had to take my kids out of the car to go inside and hope it was working properly. This wasn't the first time.

Say that I could deposit my rent cheque but would have a 5 business day hold on it and only would have access to $200 of it, just like at the ATM… this is when I’m trying to cash it at the teller and the manager telling this… I drove down the road to west bank branch and they deposited the whole 4K cheque.1 star review, incompetent staff.

I've only been with them for a year now but I can say that there's been no problems aside from ones on my part. Had a problem a little while ago where I couldn't use my card or deposit money so I went in when I was able to and they fixed it right on the spot at the front desk, I didn't even need to wait for a meeting or anything. It's also really easy to make an account with them, although I'll admit that their app kinda sucks, I didn't even have to make an appointment.

Very inconvenient location. The drive thru ATM never takes cash when I want to deposit money. The inside ATM is also closed off on weekends. I'm not sure why they have to as I've been to a bunch of other TDs during non business hours and they leave the atms open.

In 20 years of dealing with TD - we've never been treated so good before. Awesome manager: Shawna Cameron! We can only speak highly of her service. She went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service to us. Also her kind and friendly personality was noticeable.

I got twenty dollars in change. When I got home one of the quarter rolls was .75 cents short. I get change all the time and will definitely be getting them to count it in front of me from now on.
