Great place, always does good for us and helps us out. The rooms all have kitchenettes with cook top, sink, microwave and mini fridge.

Front staff is great except one old rude lady. Prison style breakfast..Barely clean the rooms, overall terrible experience in the whole year I spent there. No customer appreciation in sight

Bed bug in the futon, in room 335, got upgraded to a king suite, with fireplace, and jacuzzi, only to find moldy chicken and cheese in the fridge. Desk agent denied to manager that he seen anything though I have photographic, and video proof. Very un accommodating, however gave me 50% off my 4 day stay. So if you want 50% off on a nice room with potential bugs, this is your getaway.

Whenever I’m up in this area, this is where I prefer to stay. The rooms are clean and updated. The beds and linens are super comfortable. The suites are super roomy and I really appreciate having a small kitchen.There’s nothing to complain about here. The staff are great as well and so is the Continental breakfast.

Rooms were rather nice! The service was another story though. Some of the ladies were extremely delightful to talk to and were a major help, but some of them were very rude and difficult. Also, I as well as others had issues with being overcharged and being charged multiple times over.Overall not bad! Just depends who you get at the front desk.

Be aware the hot breakfast advertised is not actually offered. They have not reopened it nor do they inform you that it’s not an option. They have a cold continental breakfast and there is no seating available so it’s a to go breakfast.Was unable to use the gym in the morning as it was flooded from the pool (water leaking under the wall I assume, and when I asked if I could then swim as the gym was unusable I was informed the pool didn’t open for a couple hours yet. Needless to say contrary to the desired outcome as stated on their website, my day was not started off right nor was it brightened. I only feel the need to post the review as such as after communicating my disappointment to management via email there has been no resolve even after a follow up email.

I stay in alot of hotels because of work.and this is a good one, friendly night staff ( i work long days)and lovely rooms, you wont be disappointed. They do need a better coffee maker in suite,but I am sure that is coming. I had a lil fridge problem and 5 mins later I was moved an comfy in a new room.The workout room is great an you can relax in the pool or hot tub after.They also have a really good rewards program .Redwater is a nice little town with lots of amenities and friendly people.

Great value! I don’t write reviews often but I needed to say that this is a great find on the way to Cold Water, AB. Big room. Two TVs, full size fridge and dish ware, even a bottle of Palmolive! Well worth the 1 hr. drive from the airport if you’re going north east.
