Amazing Service. Jag the driver was amazing and very knowledgeable. He was a great help even with directions on how to take side streets home due to having a spare on. I would highly recommend to call them if you need towing or tire changing service.

While the guys were nice to me after the fact and understood my disappointment, I cannot in good faith leave a better review. I was misled and ultimately lied to and taken advantage of by a tow truck driver and the company because they wanted my call. I was in a minor car accident, and being a CAA plus member I was in the process of getting my information together to call CAA. An Alpine Towing truck stopped beside me, and the driver approached me and after learning what I was doing he began to tell me about how calling CAA would be a waste of time, and that they would not provide service to me. He explained to me, very obviously stressed and shaken up, that due to the nature of my minor accident, CAA was not an option unless I wanted to sit around in the cold for hours, only to get everyone's time ultimately wasted once they saw the accident was involving a guard rail and OPP were present. Knowing the reputation towing companies have for these practices, I admit, I should have refused service from Alpine Towing and continued to call CAA. It was after the fact that I sat down and did the research and learned that it was true CAA might have refused service, however, had I called them (CAA) and requested service on the night of the accident, I would qualify for a full reimbursement whether 3rd party service was ultimately required or not. Because I did not call CAA on the night of the accident, I do not qualify for reimbursement, and am out almost a thousand dollars for a 15km tow.Please use caution when approached by tow truck drivers after an accident if you are a CAA member as they may try and employ some shady methods to get the call, as what happened to me.

These guys saved the day, my car broke down right behind the Hearse, had they not gotten my car out it would have caused a lot of problems with the funeral procession, and would have been super embarrassing for me. I told them the scenario, and Ryan came out super quick, I can't thank them enough, these guys are the real deal. Side note the tow driver diagnosed the issue with my car and even told the mechanic what was wrong (shift cable) - super helpful. Ryan was very professional, and personable, and towed my car all the way out to Scarborough.Ryan and the team are the best.

Shawn was an excellent tow truck driver!!! Not only knowing what he was doing but had a great sense of the situation and was full of knowledge and useful tips!! Me and my fish thank you:) and yes I said fish!!! They are doing great thanks to Shawn and all his hard work with the towing and setting me up in a rental car!! I will 100% use this company again!!!

Alpine towing was fantastic. Tom Tasos was professional, efficient and went above and beyond during my recent tow and tire change. Picked up off a busy 401, Tom decided to make the safe decision of going directly to my house and then kindly changed my blown winter tire to one of my summer tires so I could safely drive to a tire store the next day. I recommend this towing business whole heartedly. Thank you Tom

If there was an option for a 10 star, I would give it to Alpine. I was travelling from Hamilton to Prince Edward County when somebody on the on route parking lot smashed into my car. I had no idea where I was or what to do next when these two lovely ladies suggested to call Alpine towing and storage I spoke to Tom. All I can say is, he was incredible, very knowledgeable, and what to do he went out of his way to call the police call and the car rental place. He was with us the whole entire time and made sure that we were OK. I’ve never really had to deal with tow truck companies before but I knew that everything that Tom did for me Was not your typical service that you would get from a tow truck company. I spent the whole entire weekend talking about how amazed I was at everything that he did for us at a very stressful time. I even had a friend of mine who is a police officer, and she even informed me that usually never happens. I one million percent recommended alpine towing and storage. Thank you again Tom!

Special thanks to Jag & Samie, who while on their vacation offered to change my flat tire for free. As I had already contacted CAA and a repair truck was en-route, and despite their concerns that we were in a remote area and that I may be waiting a couple of hours, and it was getting dark, I thanked them and declined their kind offer for help.What touched my heart, was that they waited (another half hour/now dark) until the tow truck arrived, before leaving!What wonderful young men.Thank you again Jag & Samie for your kindness.
