On a last minute whim, I decided to buy new tv the day before the Super Bowl. I have purchased a few items at this store over the last 12 years. Always being helped out by James Robinson. His knowledge of technology and superior customer service are second to none. Connected with James remotely since he could not make it to the store that day. He still spent the time with me understanding my tv environment, suggesting model and advantages, disadvantages. He then was able to get someone to have the tv moved from their warehouse to the store so that I could pick it up on Sunday, bring it home and get it setup for the big game. He has since helped me out with fine-tuning the settings, including those to match with my new Bluesound and wired speakers.Thanks again James and Environnement Électronique.
