Asked for a bin ASAP and it was delivered the next day. Care was taken to make sure it was in a convenient spot and easily accessible to us. Ian and sue, owners, are great to deal with. As for cost, it’s about the same as others, maybe a little cheaper so for me, the customer service is what makes the difference. This company has longtime east end Hamilton roots…enough said!!!!

We found this company through the phone book and decided to give them a try. Emails and phone calls were responsive. The dumpster bin was delivered on time. I would definitely use their services again.

We have used Mini-Load several times for various projects we had in the house. Very quick response and very accommodating to our times. I asked to have the bin removed and I was home all day, and didn't even notice them come and take it. Love this because I have a young son who naps during the day and they were very quiet. Would highly recommend. Thanks guys for the wonderful service.

We required a bin for our recent kitchen renovation. It was delivered promptly when we requested it and was placed in our driveway in a good location. Very friendly courteous customer service by Sue. Very reasonably priced. I definitely use their services again.

Excellent service awesome people never let me down been there customer for almost 20 odd years.There bins are nice and small and can hold a lot when needed so they don't look all big and bulky in your driveway nor does it cause any damage excellent service keep up the good work Thank you so much Sue and Ian
