We wanted to better utilize our patio deck and were looking for a suitable material with which to build a canopy covering the deck area. Greenwall Solutions Inc. offered the perfect answer with their range of multiwall polycarbonate products and after consulting with Avi, one of their technical support staff, we chose the appropriate thickness and colour for our project and placed the order. The order arrived on time, and following the detailed instructions in Greenwall's online video, the installer quickly completed the job. It looks even better than we had expected (see attached photos) and the new canopy got a real baptism by fire when our area was hit with an intense rail and hail storm the following evening. There were no issues whatsover. On balance, the whole experience was seamless and we can highly recommend Greenwall Solutions Inc.

Extremely extremely rude front desk personnel!!! I just called in few minutes ago and asked if I could speak to 'Purchasing' as soon as I mentioned the word the lady over the phone without even letting me finish my sentence properly, cut me off and hung up the phone on my face. Declining someone over the phone can be handled more professionally. It was not a solicitation call or anything. It was a professional call which deserved a professional response.Reply to Greenwall Solutions: I am not speaking with feelings but rather pointing out the facts of my conversation with your company. There was no 'Nature of the information provided' to me it was an instant 'NO' and a hang up. So yes it was rude, unprofessional and no where near being kind. So stop making it seem like it was a kind interaction and Apologize!!! I wasn't even let know that you were not interested with new suppliers which I totally understand and respect.

This company should not be so quick to disregard Americans. I have a home on both sides of the border but was quickly and rudely disregarded because of my telephone number. I want to buy your product for my home in Ontario.
