Snowdon refrigeration to the rescue! At the beginning of a heat wave our A/C shut down. After calling a few other repair companies, few returned the call, while others said they could only get to it in a few weeks.Snowdon returned the call and showed up in a timely fashion. They Offered professional services and took the time to explain to us.We are very satisfied with the service!

To Snowdon Refrigeration-just wanted to say thank you for training your guys on wearing masks during the Covid pandemic when doing service calls! I’m at high risk due to kidney failure, and my 92 year old mother in law who’s now living with us is also at risk. Amazing service from Snowdon - I called them on August 23rd 2022 because of a defective central AC unit and their technician was onsite at 8am the next morning. All fixed and functional in less than 1 hour- the technician even had the replacement part in his truck. The best service EVER!

During a very cold mid January, and with a 4 year old in the home, my heating system broke down. I called a few companies and Snowdon where the only ones that did not try to jack up the price due to the fact it was urgent. They came quickly evaluated the work, gave me a just price and did the work within a few days. System has been runing smoodly, they service it twice a year to make sure all is good. during one of the service the technician found a part that seemed a little fragile. He changed it under warranty and help prevent future problems.Thanks again to Joe and all the staff at Snowdon.

Terrible customer service. Salesperson does not follow up after paying over $13,000 for equipment. I understand there are delays, but they do not call back with updates as promised. Waiting a month since the first proposed delivery date. Says they are too busy!". Wow.Edit: Thank you for the response. And thank you for the refund. I appreciate that. I want to re-iterate that the issue is NOT WITH THE DELAYS! It is with the attitude of my assigned rep. I have emails to prove that I was the one chasing your representative around on the days that he promised to give us updates. In the end

Great work. Very professional from 1st visit to final installation. Communicated easily and provided different strategies of installation for me to select from to match my budget and layout. Neat and clean look outside. Good after sales followup. I would recommend this company.
