I actually don't mind the doctor here.Please stop taking up important time for simple colds and flu's that can easily spread to others. There's no need.I don't blame the doctors for being annoyed I would be too.

Dr. Isaac was very helpful. There was maybe 3-4 people before me and I was seen in 15-20 minutes. The doctor diagnosed my re-occuring problem, filled out prescriptions and a referall, as well as recommended a product on google and spoke in depth of what I might have - all under 10 minutes.Hopefully I don't have to return, but consider this my new go-to walk-in clinic

I visited the clinic today because I had severe back and knee pain. Firstly, I would love to give 5 stars for the receptionist as she was very polite and calm. Waiting time was not much which is very good.I would definitely give a big ZERO to Dr. Paul Conte as he has no idea how to deal with the patient. He was so rude and arrogant and I think he must be thinking that he is doing favour upon the patients. I am pretty sure he is being paid very well by the government. If you are not happy with your job, you always have the other opportunities.I told him that back got injured and he asked do you have a family doctor? I said no. Do you have insurance? I said no. Then he said ok well there is nothing I can do. I was like WHAT. Its not an interview where you are interviewing the patients. We need cure for our problems. He said you have blah blah syndrome. Ok if I have, where is my prescription. Where is the cure?If you are blessed with some knowledge, help people and make the best use of it.

Very bad attention to patients. People arrive and because they are friends or acquaintances with the receptionists, they attend to them immediately and the people who really need it leave them last. My wife had the same problem last week and they continue to do the same here, apparently not There is no superior who is aware of his staff

Dr. Paul Conte is very rude and loud. He acted very unprofessional in every conversation and behaved like he is not at all interested to do his job. He has no interest in PATIENT'S situation or problems. I had no choice but write this review about it as people should know he is treating everyone like this.

We are very happy with their services. Staff is always more than willing to help by going above and beyond.Even though there is a bit of waiting which is the case everywhere else as well, however, staff here tells appx waiting time to come back according and they call too before your turn if requested. Not only this but they provide previous documents via email which is awesome too.Pharmacist is also awesome, he and his staff provides wonderful service. We appreciate the contribution of whole staff.

The clinic staff is actually really nice, this was my second visit for my 2 year old daughter. The first visit was really nice, the doctor was kind and understanding and listened and checked my toddler really well. She gets scared the moment we enter a clinic and starts crying.he worked through that, my complain is about the doctor I saw today. He was so rude. My toddler was crying because she was unwell and scared, and he kept getting frustrated with her and kept saying this is hard I can't check blah blah. I got so upset with him and asked him why are you getting frustrated with a toddler, she's scared. He then didn't have an answer. He was so rude and unprofessional, if you don't know how to handle a toddler or even want to, why are you a doctor. He was so pathetic and rude. I forgot to get his name but I will call tomorrow and ask his name and file a complaint about him. Unprofessional doctor.

I signed up for a family doctor at this clinic. Only to have her disappearNot sure where she went but when I asked I was only told she was no longer there. So I went with the clinic doctor. I was misdiagnosed to make s long story short.Also when I came out of the doctors cubicle the pharmacist was waiting at the door to take my predcription. Nice set up. He seemed mad I took my prescription another location. It was like he was telling the docctor he had too much of a certain medication so the doctor would prescribe it more.

At the end of my appointment, I questioned the receptionist;Me: “is he (the ‘doctor’) in the right position to even care for his patients who are coming in right now (because the doctor is Fatigue, )? Do you think it’s safe for them? Do you think he’s going to provide them with the proper care and treatment?”Receptionist: “For sure, for sure”Me: “But I did not receive that.”Receptionist: “Yeah, I’m sorry.”Me: “But you’re saying they will.”I will NEVER suggest/recommend this clinic. And I will NEVER come back again, I WOULD RATHER wait in line at another clinic than to come back here.—————————————————————Dr. Habashi is an incompetent doctor who provides inadequate care and services to his patients. AVOID HIM AT ALL COST.I came in today because I needed to get my forms signed for school. The kind receptionist told me that it would cost $0.After being admitted inside, the doctor comes in, clearly uninterested in me, his patient. I tell him the reason for my visit and he informs me that there is a charge. I told him that I was told that it was free, then tells me to go to the receptionist to ask for the fee. I said to him, “the receptionist said it was free, so why should I ask ‘em again?” Then, I asked the doctor what the fee was and he said, “you should go to the receptionist and ask”, so I explained myself again saying, “the receptionist told me it was free, so what are YOU charging me?”He then exists the room to confront the kind receptionist. Afterwards, he comes back to me, silent, and I ask him again, “what’s the fee”, he said, “there is no charge.”- During my meeting with the ‘doctor’, I requested for him to look at my previous health records for school, BUT HE DISMISSED IT.- Also, the ‘doctor’ DID NOT COMPLETELY SIGN MY FORM.- Finally, the ‘doctor’ did NOT provide any recommendations or suggestion, KNOWING that my immunization is not up to date, instead he told the receptionist what I had to do.After leaving the room, I confronted the receptionist to ask for the doctor’s name, BECAUSE HE DIDNT EVEN INTRODUCE HIMSELF TO ME. The receptionist was very understanding (5/5 stars FOR YOU ONLY).The receptionist then requested for my medical lab results and informed me that I needed to………. The funny thing is, the receptionist seemed more knowledgeable. But the awful thing is that the receptionist had to relay vital information that the doctor was WITHHOLDING FROM ME, and the receptionist was the one who had to relay the Recommendations that the doctor had for me… BUT WHY NOT SAY IT TO MY ME INSTEAD DURING MY CONSULTATION??To the very informative, helpful, and understanding Receptionist,I hope you get out of this place soon, because THEY DO NOT DESERVE YOU.
