We’ve been members since daughter 1 year old. Not a huge zoo but good enough size to walk. We always enjoy walking into the ‘Silent Forest’ to see those big cats and having snacks beside the Lions under the pavilion. Daughter also loves playgrounds and water splash there! They also have a lot activities/events through the opening season. It’s a really well maintained zoo. I have recommended to all my friends who come to visit Niagara.

Great spot for active families wanting to take in a variety of animals. They have wagons, several trams to get around quickly, a high ropes course, multiple playgrounds and a large splash pad. Pack a big lunch, lots of water and comfortable shoes. Most of the paths are paved. Our favorite spot was the large walk-in bird house. You need a mask for the indoor areas. There’s plenty of educational signs to keep you informed. This is a family-run business, and employees are all very friendly and approachable. We will be back.

I really enjoyed our trip. It was a hot and smokey day, so some of the animals seemed worn out. I really felt for them.

Good for family for spending whole day but due to COVID situation the riding carts allows only one family or group in each box. I saw people were frustrated and it’s very long walks to see the full park.

You get to see the animals closer than other regular zoos. And the animals are active. It's a long walk to check on every animal but worth it. Definately recomended!

Fabulous place and very friendly staff. Much preferred as compared to the Toronto Zoo. The train is so handy, especially having a child with a physical disability. Loved the ability to jump on and off. They were in the process of hooking up a few new rides, so hoping that they will also be included in the price of admission. The Merry Go Ground and ropes courses were fantastic. There are a few extras- feeding giraffes, ($5), budgie house ($2), and catch and release fishing ($2 for bait). Animals looked well cared for. Sadly did not see the hippos (hiding in the water). Splash pad was a nice bonus too. Had some issues with buying lunch and the pop machines lacking syrup. The staff readily corrected this. Wait times for receiving food were longer than expected and one pizza slice was completely cold by the time it reached us. Otherwise a great day. Particularly liked that items in the gift shop were actually reasonable.

A bit pricey if you don’t go in the morning/catch all the shows. But the new splash pad is well worth the cost. Not too much walking and shorter paths available for elderly or young ones.

This is such a wonderful place to take the kids for the summer. This is our third summer enjoying it. We get the membership and once you go twice you've gotten your money's worth and every visit after is just bonus fun and memories with the family. Feeding the giraffes is a favourite experience of ours. Would highly recommend this place and wish we would have started coming sooner.

Our family loves Safari Niagara! It really is a safari as there is so much to see and do!Every time we go we take a different route within the park and see something new. It’s great that families can bring snacks and lunch to keep cost down. There are food stands available on site if needed.Highly recommend getting there early and ending with the water park.Make sure to check out Moses, Rainbow and Eli and spend the $5 to feed the fun giraffes! My daughter loves it and it just makes everyone smile!
