These people are just amazing. I had gotten myself into a rough situation where I had SERVERY overpaid for a ring from a vendor that shall remain nameless (for the sake of my own posterity).They laid out all my options, from trying to return my atrocity to a vendor, to offering to buy the ring. Honestly, it was an emotional roller coast to learn about my rookie mistakes, but the staff comforted me and helped me to make the most informed decision I possible could.Based on what I had attempted to purchase, the staff found something infinitely better than I could have imagined! There is incredible value in the services offered and the products Ecksand makes. I bought my fiance her engagement ring here and I am so happy with the result. I got her the secret heart ring in 18k rose gold with a central oval diamond and engraving on the inside. It was time sensitive as i had bought a ring elsewhere but they couldn't deliver on time for a trip to Dominican Republic where i planned to propose. Ecksand did the impossible and delivered the ring in 1 week. Moreover, seeing as i had to cancel the order with the other diamond dealer, i hadnt received the refund for the original ring in time to make the initial deposit. Ecksand was understanding of my situation and i was able to make a smaller deposit until i received the funds a few days later to pay the rest. Its nice to see a local shop like this who work diligently to exceed the client's expectations and who are humane and understand the different circumstances one may be going through when under the stress of making such an important purchase. I definitely recommend them to everyone and i am looking forward to going back.

Horrendous customer service. I have been trying to order a custom engagement ring from them and it’s like they could care less about a sale. They would respond a week after I asked questions and only answer one. I sent a question and after 2 weeks I’ve realized I have been ghosted. Don’t waste your time.
