Kate is the best!!! She is passionate about helping customers and goes all out to help them. We were fortunate to be helped by Kate with a big size purchase. We have never met anyone like Kate. Ever!!! The whole time Kate was helping me and my husband, we felt both lucky and embarrassed. Lucky to have someone with an abundance of care, knowledge, and experience to help us. Embarrassed because we kept thinking what did do to deserve this top tier customer service!? It was in December 2021 at the Rona Edmonton Trail store when we first met Kate. We were at the store as soon as it opened because we wanted to avoid traffic on the road as much as possible. That is because we were buying a fiberglass tub and surround. We had not brought along any cords or ropes to secure our load because of poor planning on our part. Initially, Kate helped with processing the transaction and making sure our big purchase was brought to the yard for pickup. But when she saw that it would not fit inside our van, she jumped into action! Kate spent 20-30 minutes to help secure our big load on top of our van. She took the lead and not only showed us where the rope should be looped and tied, but she did most of the work herself. We were in awe along with the yard staff. We made it home safely, although at slower speed on a Saturday morning, because the load was secured tight by Kate. We are forever grateful for Kate’s help and passion. She is one of a kind. She loves what she does and is very knowledgeable. Her customer service is truly superior!!Kate has since relocated to the Sunridge store. She is a manager or supervisor there. When I see her, she is usually facilitating to make sure customers have what they need or want and helping the store be the best it can be. Count yourself lucky if you have been helped by Kate! Rona is fortunate to have an employee like Kate!

Went to Rona to get a key cut. Asked three times to get a person to help us. No one did. Waited half an hour and left as no one would assist us. When leaving we told the lady who was paging for us we couldn’t get service. She said oh that’s to bad and let us leave. What kind of customer service is that?

Today i came to your store at 6 in the morning. I was looking at weed and feed. Cynthia saw us and asked us if we needed help. She went out of her way and answered all the questions we had about weed and feed. She also helped us with the little machine to put weed and feed. She was very polite and really helpful. Her service was excellent..

Each and every house hold items, vegetables,fruits etc is available under one roof but they should improve the quality of the fruits and vegetables is simply average as well as the rates are bit high.

Wasted $229 for buying a wrong ladder. They had a sign saying “all ladders are final sale” but only on top of where they keep long ladders which cannot be visible while looking for small ladder’s. They tricked badly…nowhere in their website says ladders cannot be returned back on return policy. Common RONA you worth millions and billions. Why tricking customers like this.

When ever I phone to get information about a product - I can never get through. The phone goes through a recording - I press the number of the department I want - then the phone rings about 10 to 15 rings - then it hangs up. So very frustrating. I don't want to buy from a store with such poor phone service.

Very disappointed they would not price match the same brand, type and size of plumbing fixtures. They accually told me they had pex brand not waterline products co. The extra trip to another store was unnecessary and a waste of time. Very disappointed!

Purchased a 300$ hanging light, when i opened the box it had clearly already been opened and parts of the wood frame were not even glued together. I have tried calling customer service over 10 times to seek a refund or replacement and was hung up on multiple times, upon picking up the lady was wildly unsympathetic and unhelpful. Incredibly frustrating experience
