Had my 4Runner in for a minor Hit & Run repair. This is the 3rd time I’ve used Preston Collision and I will keep going back if the need arises. Professional Service but above and beyond everything else - great staff and great communication which amounts to 5 Star customer service. Great job!!!

Mo and the detailing team at Preston Collision did an amazing job on my Audi. Their care and attn to the soft top and the dedication to the wheels / brake dust removal did not go unnoticed. After being rear ended, I figured my Volvo wouldn’t be the same again. I was very happy by the excellent work Raj and the Preston team did to repair my car. It looks brand new. I would highly recommend them to repair any make or model you may have.

I highly recommend Preston Collision for your autobody repair needs.They are affiliated with Preston GM dealership, therefore, if there are items requiring dealership attention, they take care of all of that for you.I was unfortunately rear ended at the end of April 2021. I brought my vehicle to be assessed in May and was greeted with friendly staff members upon arrival. My vehicle was assessed in a timely manner and submitted the estimate to ICBC for repair.I did not open my tailgate during this time until shortly after the estimate was done when I realized I began to have intermittent issues with the tailgate saying it was open/interior lights would remain on or I wouldn’t be able to open my rear tailgate hatch at all. I called the Manager at Preston Collision, Prince, to let him know. He assured me that my vehicle would be repaired including this issue as it was related to the accident. I also notified icbc at this time too so it was on record.My vehicle went in for repair and unfortunately when I received my vehicle back, the next day we went to install our trailer but the hitch receiver would not fit into the newly replaced bumper hitch. Turns out this was a faulty part as it tapered in not allowing for a 2” receiver to attach. I called Prince the next business day and he assured me any issues would be rectified. The original part ended up being recalled as a result and Prince ensured to get the new OEM part ordered immediately. The part took almost 2 months to arrive due to back order and the pandemic but Prince ensured to notify me once it arrived so I could be scheduled in asap. Preston Collision also needed to send my vehicle into the dealership to investigate the tailgate hitch issue as a few parts were damaged in the accident that were visible but there was also an electrical issue (after investigation it was discovered the wiring harness was squished on impact but not viable from the outer casing).In the end, I received my vehicle back in November 2021 after going into the shop a second time, paint looking great, new OEM bumper, tailgate hitch issues fixed… and everything is still great in March 2022.Preston Collision in the end met all my expectations and rectified all issues. The issue regarding the bumper was beyond Preston’s control and once the situations were reported, they were quick to ensure it was rectified.Unrelated to this vehicle, my husband also sent his van that was hit into Preston September 2021 and they did a great job on repairing the damage and paint, matching perfectly.For both vehicles we dealt with Prince whom is a pleasure to work with. We are glad we chose Preston Collision.

Overall great experience. Found the front end staff courteous, patient and knowledgeable. Repairs and detail completed in good time and looks as it never happened.Highly recommended if you need collision repair or detailing.

Recently a criminal tried to break into my car, punching the entry door lock with a screw driver. The criminal was unsuccessful but damaged the guts in my locking device.I visited Preston Collision about this ICBC vandalism claim ( As I have been very happy with their service in the past. )I had no appointment, but the service manager ( George) recognized there was a small window of opportunity & squeezed me in for a quick investigation and possible repair work.The investigation & work was done by a service technician named “Mike”As I sat patiently & comfortably in the waiting area, appreciating their coffee bar and playing on my phone for just less than an hour. George returned with my keys and told me that they fixed my door lock mechanism with extra parts “Free of charge” they didn’t want to charge ICBC or myself.I recognize most accredited shop fees are $180 per hour. ( ICBC has a $300 deductible otherwise)I’m very grateful to George & Mike for accommodating me on such short notice and at no charge. 5 Stars!

HORRIBLE SERVICE, INCOMPETENT AMATEURS (0 stars)Don't waste your time. The management and estimators at Preston C̶o̶l̶l̶i̶s̶i̶o̶n̶ Train Wreck are as useful as a left handed hammer.Went to have initial damage estimate completed then had to come in a second time to have another estimate done as they were unable to do a proper estimate the first time (money, time and gas wasted). Found additional damage which estimate missed so came a third time. The third time they were not sure whether they would paint (fix) or order new parts in case the paint could not be matched properly.At one point, I even had to look up 6 separate part numbers for replacement parts and advise the bodyshop because they could not find them. They should have paid me as I was doing their job for them at this point.I called/emailed several times enquiring about the repairs along with finding damage they missed during their 3 estimates. I did not recieve adequate or sometimes any responses at all.The shop finally ordered all the parts and stated ETA was 2 weeks. I waited 2 weeks and was informed by my insurance company that Preston is not interested in doing the repairs for you as they feel that they will not be able to fully meet your needs".In other words
