Milton Trails Medical Clinic & Walk-in

I have been to the clinic recently (walk-in). The receptionist was warm and welcoming, got checked in within 5 mins and after Checkin, I was moved outside of the waiting area into the doctor's office. I waited 20-30mins for the Dr (there wasn't too many patients that day). Dr. Saxena was patient and answered any questions that I had and prescribed me medication.I read the reviews prior to going, so was a little hesitant to go to this clinic, but my first visit was pleasant.

i booked an appointment for friday many days in advance, the rude receptionist had already made it extremely difficult for me to book a time slot. on the morning OF my appointment, they start calling all the phone numbers on my file and informed me that they want to close the office early for DIWALI and they are canceling my appointment at the last minute. this was a very important appointment that i had scheduled to leave work early for. they told me to come on monday at 10AM instead. i go on monday, and the unprofessional receptionist literally starts fighting with me and tells me that i don’t have any appointment??? she then tells me that they only book appointments for FRIDAYS which is an unacceptable excuse as my original appointment was booked for FRIDAY but the incompetent staff cancelled on me at the last second, how is that my fault?? why should i be punished because your staff was too stupid to book diwali off beforehand

This clinic is hands down amazing. Every time I have been here I have had a great experience. The doctors here are very experienced people who are always willing to help. All 3 receptionists are great and are always prepared when I get there. Not sure what the other people visiting this clinic are doing to get a negative experience. Overall great doctors, great receptionists, and great clinic.

Today it was my 3rd attempt to change my experience ( previously I already had 2 very bad experience with this clinic, especially with the staff) now i am very confident that I will never come again and won’t recommend this clinic to anyone.This morning, there were 4 people at door at 10 AM, however there was NO one to open the gate, the door was locked and then an extremely rude receptionist appears at 10:19 and told us that the doctor will come at 11:30 AM today. I asked her that they should have leave a note about it and instead of apologizing she told us that you can go somewhere else. I never saw such a rude staff before, I would suggest the doctors that there are 1000 of good people with positive mindset " are looking for job.You can give them a chance.1/10 would certainly not recommend this clinic."

After reading some of the reviews, I was hesitant to go to the walk in clinic but I have to say my husband and I had a pleasant experience with Dr. Saxena and his receptionist. On a Monday afternoon the wait was under an hour. The doctor was thorough and listened to our concerns. Sometimes, I would feel rushed speaking to the doctor at a walk in clinic but did not feel that way with Doctor Saxena. Will go again!

I was given an appointment time and on call I did ask whether there is delay coz I had work meetings. I was ensured I should be out within 45min. When I went in the mentality of the receptionist was the doctors time is more valuable than mine. I was seen by the doctor 1 hour 30 min later than my appointment. The doctor is amazing however I’d suggest the receptionist and the culture needs to change to not slot in as many people for the day and a doctors time is more important that others. Every body has a job that is important to them.

Would not recommend. People working in this clinic simply don't care about patients, period. Trying to access my family doctor over the phone consultation including via email is not allowed. They simply don't care. The front receptionists are utterly useless people I have come across.

It was fast to go in and be seen but the doctor I spoke to was a bit off. I might try again if there’s a different doctor but the Friday afternoon doc is a no go. I think her advice was questionable and she didn’t know that what she prescribed me was no longer available- the product is discontinued. Thankfully the pharmacy was able to substitute it for something else.

I wish i read the reviews before going, I went and it was empty, yet somehow still took an hour to see the dr. Then when I did, i told the dr the issue, he did not look at my son, or examine him, asked him 1 question and then gave his opinion calling his frequency to pee a behavioral problem. I asked him for tests to be done to make sure it was nothing else and he refused to do ANYTHING. Kept telling me it was behavioral. Cant say I have ever heard a child needing to pee often as behavioral. I asked over and over to do a test and he refused. He did absolutely nothing. I told him my son also had pain in his stomach and he said yes sometimes kids have pain. He should not be allowed to practice medicine. Do NOT go here.

My complete family come here including youth and senior and always had great experience. Front staff is very accommodating.Dr Pradeep is great doctor and takes time to listen to your issues. We never felt rushed.
