Luongo Rolfe Dr

I had a great experience during my visit. Dr. Rolfe explained the test results and the plan for the future in a very clear way.

I am writing this on behalf of my mother. She is extremely happy that she came across doctor Luongo! She had severe knee pain and he helped her by teaching her some exercises at home and cortisone shot including a cream and she is finally able to do her daily tasks. He's a very kind and welcoming doctor.

receptionist very rude! told my mom she would call back in a few months while she has her injections waiting in the fridge to be used. The receptionist. also told my mom to stop talking so she can talk. She shouldn't be customer service if she doesn't like dealing with people!

I can’t call this person Doctor. He is worse doctor that I seen in my life. I’m going to have hip replacement surgery just because of him.I’m so happy that I could change my doctor and I don’t see this person never again.

I have never left any review on anybody or company. However, my experience with Dr Luongo's receptionist made me leave my first and worst review on the doctor. I have received an email to confirm my appointment , so I have confirm that I was coming to the appointment. I just gave her a call to make sure the appointment is set. The receptionist said she doesn't know about the confirmation email and said she never sent such an email. Later, she finally said, it might have been their system has sent the email to me. However, she was so unprofessional to handle the situation and was very rude. I don't know why she didn't say it was a mistake made by their system instead arguing and upset.

We have waited four weeks to see the specialist, but it is the worst medical experience I and my mother have. My mother has severe rheumatoid arthritis, is old, and her English is not good. My mother was only slow to respond to the doctor's request, then got him growled at her. His face filled with contempt and discrimination against her and me. I chose to swallow it because I saw how painful my mother had when she was waiting for treatment in past four weeks, swollen with all arthritis and struggling to move, I wanted to get the medicine as soon as possible. But as a son, at that time, I really hate myself, when I see others growl on my mother but can do nothing, a painful memory that will last my whole life.

I have never put a negative review for any doctor until I saw him. I can’t believe how rude he was as a doctor. Never see a doctor like him before. Didn’t even let me talk about my problem. Stopped me while I was trying to explain what symptoms I have. The whole visit took 5 minutes and he didn’t gave me time to talk. And more interesting, he used the washroom and he didn’t wash his hand before come to room. Just so shocked to see a doctor like that in Canada.

First appointment with this specialist" and he had lost my lab results claiming they ran a "busy office". The appointment was worthless because he said there wasn't much he could do without my lab results. The hypothetical solution he proposed was one I could have worked out with a GP's help. I have never seen so many negative comments. Receptionist is great, always calls for a reminder in plenty of time. Dr. is busy, yes, and he is to the point but....he should smile more. Sometimes you have to remind him how xrays are but that's no big deal to me. It takes time to know him but I find him very professional and has always answered my questions.

Dr. Luongo walked in the exam room and offered no introduction, no greeting at all. He simply barked orders and did his assessment as if the patient was simply an object to examine. When he was finished he quickly offered his conclusion and walked out without inviting conversation or questions. My wife has been dealing with chronic illness for a long time and had prepared a number of important and thoughtful questions. She had been waiting for this appointment for some time and he was dismissive, had no compassion and no interest in actually being human.
