30 Minute Hit

I've been working out at the 30 Minute Hit South Surrey location for 3 years now, and every visit is welcomed with a huge smile from the trainers and fellow 30 Minute hitters on the floor! Every workout is a treat and I walk away feeling more empowered than ever. Thank you trainers and fellow hitters for making every workout so enjoyable!

For somebody who doesn’t like to exercise, I was looking for a “lazy” girls workout regime, and 30min Hit really appealed to me. The fact that it’s a 30 minute circuit means I’m in and out. It’s completely designed to work everything so I don’t have to worry about what workout to do, or feel self conscious about trying new things. It was so helpful to have a free trial. I didn’t feel like the staff was pushy about a membership. It’s all women and everyone so far has been so kind and supportive. Really glad I joined!

Recently discovered this gem of a gym, and it’s everything I had been looking for! I appreciate the flexibility of being able to drop in without having to schedule for a class. It’s a full workout, yet fun and the time flies by. It’s kid friendly with an area for my littles to be under my supervision during the workout. But most importantly, the south surrey hit has been so welcoming! All the trainers are so friendly and offer plenty of modifications so that you can do the workout that’s right for you. Ladies of all shapes, sizes and ages come here and I love that! You are made to feel like part of the community. I am so happy I’ve joined!

Absolutely fantastic work out circuit!!! Awesome trainers worked with three so far and were so friendly!!! Only been at it for a week already got my energy level higher and much happier. Huge improvement ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Highly recommended

Great place to workout. I’ve been a member for over 3 years and after trying other gyms, this one has stuck. The trainers are very friendly and knowledgeable. Owners are amazing and always helpful. I love this place!

I have never been motivated to go to the gym but I did a free trial at 30 minute hit in the fall and after some encouraging texts from Laura I finally signed up in January and have been going regularly since. The staff were great at helping me get started as I had no experience and they continue to encourage and motivate me at each workout which makes me actually look forward to my next workout.

Love this place! Been going for many years now and it’s always been such a great environment. The circuit is perfectly designed to give a full body workout in just 30 minutes which is perfect for my busy schedule. All levels of ability are warmly welcomed making it such a comfortable place for everyone. The trainers consistently provide the perfect balance of support and motivation making it my most favorite type of workout!

I joined 30 minute hit a few months ago and it's changed my view on working out! In only 30 minutes you get such great cardio in and it's flexible to your level and intensity. I had zero boxing experience going in and it's totally accessible. Also, the trainers and community are so welcoming and knowledgeable!! I highly recommend.
