Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Thunder Bay

Hotel is definitely dated and in need of a renovation. Staff are great, very friendly. Rooms and hotel in general are as clean as staff can get them but again being dated there’s things like water damage you can’t scrub out. The breakfast is super disappointing….a pancake machine and cold cereals/toast. At least they got a new coffee machine though, but could do a lot to improve coffee bar with some decent creamers and options. Could definitely improve on some things like the things I previously mentioned, as well as the temperature of the pool - couldn’t even take my kids swimming because it was so cold. Overall a decent stay but improvement’s definitely needed.

Good, clean, easy check in and check out. The morning desk staff was great about storing our bags for us while we were in meetings. Pretty good bagel in the morning too - but also close to Montanas and Tim’s if that’s more your style.

No pool it's closed for what reason does not state on website it's not open other problem don't offer any reduction in room cost with the pool closedIf you want a pool go somewhere else not this place. Was a joke

By far the cleanest hotel! We just came from Edmonton through heading to Ottawa. The breakfast was non-existent. But the staff more than made up for it with prompt hassle-free service. If you're going through I would make this your destination of choice.

Overall very poor, dirty on entry snd the rooms looked unkept, and dated. No pool, or hot tub available, continental breakfast left a lot to be desired, it is a good thing there was a Tim Hortons in the same parking lot-no internet connection, the location is adequate. Overall I will not book here again. I travel a lot for work and this is by far one of the worst stays I have had.

The worker I had asked if it was possible to get my room cleaned went all woke on me, so I asked front desk they told me anyone that stays over 3 days they don't generally clean the rooms until after they check out.

Very friendly and courteous staff at the front desk. Room was comfortable and clean. Montana's Restaurant shares the hotel parking lot and is open late. After a rough drive in bad weather we had a warm welcome and were able to have dinner at a late hour. We had a very nice stay at this hotel.
