My experience dealing with this company is horrible. The particular adjuster we are working with never answers his phone, you leave him messages and he never gets back to you. It seemed like he was more concerned with saving the other guys insurance company then being fair with us on our repairs to our home. Its been a total joke and hope I never have to deal with this company again!

My personal Experience dealing with this Company is totally horrible !!The particular Adjuster I am working with never Answers his Phone, you leave him messages and he never gets back to you. Sending him many Emails but barely get any Answers back from him.It seemed like he was more concerned with saving the other guys Insurance company Money, then being fair with me on the repairs to my Truck and Equipment. It has been a total joke and hope I never have to deal with this Company again !!

Absolutely horrible. Worst service ever. Never organized never on time. They drag things way too long. What a joke of a outfit.

This company is dealing with our loss during the fort mcmurray wildfire. It has been 7 months since our claim has been opened and we are still fighting for our contents to be finished off. We feel our adjuster is over loaded and not doing things in a timely matter. We handed everything the could possibly need to start and finish this claim 6 months ago and are still waiting.

I would give them 2.5 if that was an option. We had a house fire just before the Fort McMurray fires. We expected THAT to affect our timelines. However, we found that our adjuster had miscommunicated with the restoration company and/or our insurance company and this pushed our move in date back quite a bit. He was quite slow to deal with the fall out from his mistake as well. We preferred contact over email though clearly our adjuster did not as his responses would frequently take weeks (and would require minimally, two follow up emails for responses). When we started to hound our insurance company, we saw FAR better responses and response times (to the adjuster, you are not the client, you are the commodity. Your insurance company has a vested interest in YOUR happiness because you are their client). When we figured that out, things went smoother. 3 weeks before our move in date, he no longer worked for New West" and the replacement worker has been abyssmal (0 contact in 2 months; even after an email was sent).
