Beware of this guy. He never checks and verify the documents before making any transfer transaction and is well known for the fraudulent transfers. No one could ever transfer the property that worth half a Million dollars against the city registry showing the property worth $2 but this brilliant man did with courage and by knowingly hiding the status of the transferee bluntly. If you hire this guy for any sort of property or land transfer transaction, you will put yourself on risk of being accused of fraud transaction. I have certified documented evidence of what I wrote here and I am not deleting this review anyways.
