I just had my ducts cleaned as well as a furnace and ACcleaning/maintenance by this company. I am really pleased with the job. I especially appreciated the detailed information about the work being done. I have recommended this company to 2 other friends.

Used this service to repair my AC that had a water leak. Even after 3 times and 700$ it wasnt repaired (the exact same issue was still going on). The tech/owner told me he wouldnt work on it anymore unless I paid him more for his time. Unless your hobby is to throw your time and money away, use any other service than this one.

I had a leak from my attic a/c unit. I had called around a number of places and either the company was busy, didn't call me back, are only serving their current clients or do not service attic units. I had found this company with some great reviews but unfortunately they were closed the day I was trying to contact them. Thankfully I waited. Today I called and the gentleman gave me a few suggestions to try over the phone before having him come. They have worked so far!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you. That said, when I require servicing next time, I'll definitely be calling Air-santé, Air care :)

Jericho did a great job. He showed me before and after pics of my ducts and he also cleaned out my furnace at a great price. He taught me a lot about furnaces as he did the work and didn’t do any high pressure up selling. You can tell he takes pride in his work.

The Air Dante Care owner provided a professional assessment of the work we would require to get our air system back working as it was intended. He quickly observed the lack of care the system had been given in the past, and took pictures to show exactly what we were looking at. When it came time to do the work he called before he arrived to give us a specific time to expect his arrival, then he conducted the work professionally, explaining what he was doing throughout the process. Finally, he cleaned up the debris that resulted from the work, leaving it better than when he arrived. Overall I would highly recommend using their service for anyone else looking to ensure their air system is functioning correctly.

Jerico came to my place for some duct cleaning. He did an amazing job. Also had him perform some maintenance on the furnace and AC coil. Everything was done professionally, efficiantly and quickly.I had some issues with my gas furnace and he was able to resolve the pressure issue and troubleshoot the air intake issue. I am extremely satisfied with the service and will have him perform all my maintenance from now on. I reccomend him to anyone looking for professional services.

Great service!! Very satisfied with the duct cleaning Air Care has done at my place, very clean and professional, I would highly recommend Air Care to everyone. Unfortunately, I am not happy with the service I received from Jericho at Air-Sante. I hired him to find a leak in my heat pump. He did not come during the pre-arranged time window, and he did not do a very good job (rushed and took short cuts) diagnosing my HVAC system. He told me that my HVAC system was empty (something I told him over the phone), so I requested he do a nitrogen test to find the leak (an extra $50). He found some leaks in the valves near the outdoor unit, but still wanted to change the indoor coil for an additional cost of $450 plus labour (even though he could not find a leak there, he only pressure tested one side of the coil and did not see any leaks). I asked that he come back after tightening the caps on the vales to see if pressure was still being lost, and he agreed but did not come. Also, he did not replace all of the screws he removed from my indoor air handler, and he complained about the crawlspace. In total, I paid him $200 plus tax for him to be here about 30-45 minutes. As I was paying him, he bragged about how much easy money he could make by doing duct cleaning. He did not seem to be there to work for me, he just wanted to make as much money as he could quickly and easily. Too bad. When I requested that he come back for more diagnostic work, he refused and told me to not call him again.....Update: So about 1-2 hrs of posting this review, I got a phone call from a very irate Jericho. Most honest and efficient service in the area, fixed my my Ac in 15 minutes . After being told by other companies that I needed to buy new one . They saved over 5000$. On top of that their service is affordable.

Coming home late from a very long day, the house is getting colder one degree every 30 mns, it's late, who to call? Air Santé Air Care, that's who! Even late that cold night, Jerico answered right away and helped me have heat for a very cold night! On his only day off in a while to do his personal errands, he checked in the next morning at 7:00 AM to see that all was working then came over to fix the problems. He explained everything in laymans terms and reminded me of the importance of maintenance! Jerico was patient with me and generous with his time explaining phone technology so I could send him pics of the faulty valves (45 mns!), furnace components and their role, a young man true to his word, and conscientious of work well done. Coincidentally, he loves cats and we both have a black cat named Bebitte! Maintenance, cleaning air ducts, repairs, he does it all! So who will you call? Air Santé Air Care, that's who!.. who to call
