We had a really great experience here today. My 10yo needed to be fitted for orthotics, Aamna was extremely helpful and patient with them. Our needs are unique and they were incredibly accommodating and made the whole appointment feel really easy.

I have to thank Mateus and the staff at Paris for helping obtain pain relief for the first time in 10 years. Within minutes I was fitted with an offloading knee brace and had a lift placed in my right shoe.Both items helped to relieve the pain my osteoarthritis causes me in my hip and knee. It's been a real blessing.I've seen numerous doctors and specialists and had asked about braces, and they all said I needed surgery (which I am getting at the end of August). When I mentioned to all of them that i lean over to the right when i walk, they all said surgery.Well a little $5 lift has allowed me to reduce my pain and walk perfectly once again. The brace has decreased my pain and allowed me to walk more and decrease the number of pain pills I was taking.I cant reccomend them enough!

I have had orthotics from another company for about 15 years. For the past few years, I have had 2 re-assessments and many adjustments, but nothing could get my stability even, and pain gone.I came to Mike Neugebauer approximately 5 weeks ago. He was friendly, professional, and thorough with his assessment and casting. I picked up my custom orthotics 2 weeks later. As soon as I put them in my shoes and put them on, I instantly felt relief in my left foot, all across the front. They were comfortable and finally put my feet in what instantly felt like a neutral, strong, even position.I have had a lot of physical injuries: ligament and muscle tears, herniated disc, and many impact injuries. Now, finally, two weeks after getting my orthotics, I have no pain in my feet.I have strong and consistent/even engagement between my left and right legs, all the way into my lower back. My squats are even and more powerful. I can control my twisting of my hips better.
