I ordered crispy chicken bacon wrap through mobile app and when I went to get it through drive through, they told me that chicken grill is already shut down. I placed order at 8.45 pm and this Tim is supposed to be closed at 10 pm. How they could close so early? And then they told me to cancel the order on app. Why should I cancel it? It's your fault. This is such disaster customer service. Really disappointed.Order #9492Time 20.45It's been 4 days that they didn't refund my money yet.

Quite easily the best Tim Hortons in Sarnia! Staff is very pleasant, food is always prepared well and coffee is never bad.

Food ok but customer service poor. Also internet not available. Tables not cleaned, hand sanitizer bottle empty..had to ask for refill. Servers appeared to be half asleep or totally bored...certainly no smiles or thank you...which of course is typical of staff training at most Tim Hortons locations. Will not visit again.

This place deserves a zero star rating. It has the worst customer service. They can't figure out how to complete an mobile order. Instead they cater to drive-thru. When they do manage to determine someone is waiting for an order. They try and give you someone else's sandwich when you order an Ice's coffee. That is the level of competence they have working here behind the counter.

When you're in need of a coffee, a Tim's stop is a must! Feel like I've been going forever! Great spot for coffee /wraps /doughnuts etc!
