Top-Tier heating came and saved the day and also my wallet! I can not recommend these guys enough, My furnace took a dump on me yesterday so I spent the day trying to find reasonable prices and quick service.. A mutual friend gave me Top-Tiers number so I gave them a call and Shane and his guys came the next morning and installed a brand new furnace for a fraction of what the “other guys” wanted! Great service from Jeremy who figured out what was wrong with my furnace when it went out. I called another company to take a look at it first and all they tried to do was sell me a new one without even looking to see what was wrong! When CenterPoint Energy’s tech said they couldn’t solve my AC glitch, I called Top Tier. They took my description of the problem and photos of the heating & cooling system. They quickly returned a quote and great explanation as to what they would do to fix the problem. They came when they said they would come. They resolved the issue in less than 45 minutes. And in the process they improved my setup by getting rid of an unnecessary and defective control module. Everything works great and I now have the flexibility to upgrade to a wi-fi enabled thermostat anytime I like — no wiring changes necessary. Oh, and I really appreciated their kind attitude and clear explanations. Great team. I’d hire ‘em on the spot for any future heating and AC needs. Thank you Top Tier!

HIGHLY recommend! Friendly, professional and straightforward work ethic. We had an issue in our gym with an old commercial furnace in a not so workable" part of the building which needed to be fixed ASAP. They were out to our location within an hour. They improvised and made the "not so workable" location of the furnace workable. AND they took extra steps in order to make sure their work was done correctly and efficiently. 5/5 Stars!!"
