Optimal Yoga and Wellness Inc
OYW is a wonderful yoga studio. Class sizes are small, allowing for more personal interactions between the students and teacher(s). The teachers are knowledgeable, professional, and really take the time needed to make sure the students have the best yoga experience possible. I highly recommend this studio to anyone into yoga or for those wanting to learn yoga. Special thanks to Kristy who has really invested herself into the studio and brought it to life!
