Just had Dave at Royal Oak help me with my 55 Crown Victoria. They were amazing and solved a number of issues that others could not figure out. He took the time to show me what was done and it was very affordable. I will only be taking my cars there from now on!

Great service and great people! I've been taking my vehicles there for almost 6 years and never had an issue. They've worked on my 300C and Yukon Denali. I had to go to a different shop when they were booked solid and regretted it immediately. They're my local shop and will remain my first choice for years to come. I have been going to Rob and Dave for almost 30 years and referred many friends to their shop. Always honest (Ie. the brakes are good - they don't need to be done yet) and good quality work at a reasonable price. Great to have a mechanic you can trust to do a good job and give you a fair price!

I am over the moon with the service that I received from Dave at Royal Oak Automotive! I was told by a tire company that I would be needing my front brakes replaced. I decided to take it to Royal Oak Automotive because it is close to my work and the online reviews were great! Well, low and behold. Turns out I didn't need new brakes. Not only did I avoid getting taken $500-$600 at the tire store, there was no service charge! I cannot express how happy I am. I will be taking all my future business here.

Excellent service and I felt they were very honest. I did not feel like they tried to pad any prices or make claims that extra worked needed to be done. I will be using Royal Oak Automotive for all of my future Auto repairs.

Love this place! I really feel I can trust them. The price is much better than the dealerships and they are honest about the work that needs to be done. Another shop told me I needed all new calipers and this place serviced mine instead of replacing them which saved me money. Thats just one example.It can be a bit of a wait to get in at times but for good reasons. They're worth the wait.

Took our Acura to diagnose a suspension noise. Took several hours to replicate the noise on the hoist, but they kept at it and successfully diagnosed the issue. Of course parts were hard to get with Covid related supply chain issues, but they located the parts in Alberta and installed a week later. Amazing service, friendly staff and incredibly reasonable rates. We will be going back.

Great service! Very straightforward and honest. Drove me home to wait whilst my vehicle was being repaired and picked me up too! Obviously a good shop because they are always super busy. Will use again.

I am a female in my early 20s that knows zero about cars... I was told my a different mechanic that I needed my brakes done so I booked an appointment at Royal Oak Automotive. Dropped off my car and within an hour, they called me to inform me that they checked all of my brakes and they were absolutely fine and that I wouldn't need to get them done for at least another year. The original mechanic had clearly tried to take advantage of me. I am so thankful that Royal Oak Automotive was upfront and told me this rather than going ahead with the work when it wasn't necessary. I will definitely be going back when I really do need my brakes done!!
