I went to this location twice to return bell modem and amazon return package. It was a good experience as they were quick. The person who dealt with me was also very nice and professional. Would definitely recommend this location for the service

Popped across to this location to mail off some documents to the US consulate, as it was indicated on the documents shipping costs are waived if using a Purolator. Unfortunately when I got there, the csr stated this was not the case, and she couldn’t offer any explanations but did confirmed it happens quite frequently.Aside from that, she was professional and applied a 40% promo on without me having to request. The location is busy but it seems like generally, customers were pleased with the interaction.

Went to this location to return my bell modem with the return label they provided. It was quick and easy and they even sealed my box for me. I would definitely use their services again. I even heard how they were dealing with the other customers. The multi-tasking and being aware of other customers' struggles as they were focused elsewhere, was awesome. Customer service on point!Thank you so much!

i went TD bank for use my locker teller NIharika she deal with me so professionally. she is so helping.

lady working there is so rude. They literally have a garbage bin where the counter is and it is not for staff only . last time i went there and put my empty plastic bag she said she just emptied the bin when I ask what do you mean its not for use she left without answering. Today she started saying people put the garbage in the bin when she saw a plastic bag in my hand and ask can i put it in a garbage and she was like ok I mean why you getting so upset while doing your job just remove the dam bin if you can’t take the barbage people will pack the garbage in the bag and take it home with them. If you do not like your job stay at home don’t waste anyone’s day.Thank you

Rude service. One of the lady at the counter thinks she is doing a favour by sending shipments. Zero customer service etiquette. No smile. No welcoming gesture. Talks very rudely.

This morning jul06/23 at 11:37 am person from Purolator dropped one important Parcell tracking no 608532031002 to my condominium without verified any ID . All day we are looking for the Parcell , but delevery boy delevered to another unit and another person, without verified name and ID and that delivery boy sign his Purolator device by himself as my son's name. How Purolator can be so careless ?? This is a serious crime done by delevery boy of Purolator.I have video proof by security. I want Purolator should inquire about this matter and take action of that careless delevery boy.

I had returned a package to adidas through this facility and weeks later I was told that the product was not received by the courier service. This is very frustrating as I had dropped my package to a lady working there. I can’t believe that she never send it ( or maybe she took it home ) either way I’m at loss. Always make sure that a return slip is provided . Or else they may steal your package .
