Massage Addict

First few times visit was very good. Later few staff members started taking it light onve i became a regular visitor. One female therapist was using a phone while during massage session with one hand and dropped it on my back. I let it go. Next visit, unfortunately i got the same one and she was nowhere near to the deep tissue massage. Stopped going to that location since then.

My experience today at the Bramalea and Sandalwood location was so bad. If there was an option I would like to give a negative star rating, do not deserve the one star that I have given. The masseur was hurting me by applying extreme pressure at random spots on my back with her elbow and would just freeze for several minutes, seemed like she was busy texting with the other hand. I checked her 3 times before I had to get up and leave after just 40 mins of an hour-long massage. The lady at the reception was useless and did not acknowledge my complaint, I paid for full-hour massage for a horrible and painful experience, very disappointing, and feel so cheated.

Did not have a good experience. I went in for an hour massage, but the massage barely lasted for 40 minutes. For some reason, the masseuse decided she wants to do a physio session with me instead. Half way through the massage, she started to do stretches with me. All I wanted was a massage, not a physio therapy session. The owner was nice enough to give me a 20 dollar refund but really even then it was not worth it when I went for a massage and and barely even got one.

DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC! This was my 2nd time booking a 60 min deep tissue massage. The First Lady I saw started my appointment 15 min late and ended it after 45 min because she said my time was up. I decided to try another therapist (Urvi) which was on June 19, 2023. Please do not book an appointment with this lady. She has no idea what she’s doing. She does not have any skill when it comes to giving a proper massage. I’m not even sure how a clinic can hire someone who does not know how to do their job properly. She tried telling me that she started a little early (by early she meant by 3 min early as my appointment was booked for 10:15am) and then said that the time it takes for me to change my clothes is included in the 60 min. I told her absolutely not, my massage starts when you when physically start massaging me. During my massage her phone started ringing and I’m pretty sure she was checking her phone during my massage. Very unprofessional staff. I will not be returning and I’ve told my family and friends to stay clear of this place!

Had a massage with Chanel Shaw, and it was hands down the worst experience I’ve had with massages. Started off 15 min late, yet still ended 45 min later. Hour massage cut short. She also giggled the whole time while complaining that her arms and thumbs are too sore. Best of all, she did not massage the areas I asked her before she started. Complained at the front desk and they said “sorry, we can book you in for someone else next time”. Brutal… waste of money…

This place is way too overpriced for the quality of their service. I feel I just wasted my 1 hr, felt like the lady just applied oil on my back, there was no skill or technic in her massage. And this is my third similar experience, never going again. The ppl I know who goes there for massage had similar experience, I don’t know why I still went back..

Great service. Environment was relaxing and staff are experienced in their profession. I've been dealing with lower back pain and tense muscles. The massage therapist took her time and it made a big difference. Facility was clean, inviting, and well organized. This was my first time getting a massage and I felt great. I highly recommend Massage Addict.

It was a pleasant experience at massage addicts bramalea. Staff handled very professionally and in a friendly manner. Massage was good and helped my body to relax. I wished a bit more communication during the massage would help with even better results. Will definitely go back for more

Booked an hour massage, deep tissue was extra, but the rmt didn't do much then rub lotion on me. Lol. Massage was booked for 1:15,rmt started at 1:25 and ended 5 minutes early. Won't be going back.

I absolutely love this clinic. The service is punctual and treatment is efficient and effective. Thank you MA for being an integral part of my health and wellness program.
