I wasn't served properly on their website.The brush off responses to customer reviews made here paying the same lipservice is unacceptable. The customer is their best friend overall telling them how they're doing either good or bad.

Bought a dining table and received it with a damaged part, then send them a request for replacement, after 4 days they responded my email and offered me refund or replacement. I prefer replacement then they arrange another part in the same day I picked it up from warehouse. Overall give them 3 stars.

I left a bad review here ,What happens next : the employee Felix Lavoie leaves a bad review on my page as well FOR NO REASON.Is that is even NORMAL?I have the invoice of Felix Lavoie , and his account who left me the Google review.That is outrageous, if you guys believe this is the way to have a business?On top of the rudeness toward costumers.Committing false accusations is also a crime, followed by either small case court.

I went in to the store in LaSalle I would never buy from there all the furniture was dirty and dusty they were not busy if you want to sell a product you should make sure it’s clean and appealing. How will you know if there are scratches or defects. I saw a few things I did like but would never buy an item from there unclean

Recently bought an L-shaped sofa here. Delivery was right on time as per the first communication. Product is very comfortable so far. 4 star is because of the little high price.

Yesterday we purchased a power recliner from RD Lasalle. The salesperson (Baptiste) was excellent. Pick up at RD Lachine depot was quick and the staff were professional. The power recliner was easy to setup and it works perfectly. We hope it will last a long time.Billy Lakis

Director of the store is a real clown do not buy there no respect for customers they lie about the date they receive the items and delivery counts the money from the cash with doors unlock do not buy anything here you will not be happy specially when you do buissness with clowns doesnt even deserve 1 star on this review
