Absolutely horrible experience here I booked an appointment with Kevin oh he was not helpful at all. I wanted to switch to Td but after my appointment I would not switch to this branch. I went In after hearing about there 300$ promotion deal and he told me that deal was over and it was only during the summer time but when I went home I went on to the td web site and the promotion popped up again. I asked about setting up a credit card and Kevin completely dismissed me.

AWFUL, DO NOT GET LOANS HERE - even during covid they refuse to give me the information on my account over the phone (JUST THE INFO TO PAY THEM ONLINE I WANT) They say you have to go into a branch for your own account number to online pay...... THAT DEFEATS THE WHOLE PURPOSE. Not only that but I just got my account numbers for my other loans yest on the phone quite easily from Scotia bank & CIBC> THANKS FOR NOTHING - I will make sure I never accept a TD Loan again. I would give 0 Starts if I could. I even called the branch which the person was just rude and wants me to come into the branch to get a simple account number. This is not even something someone could get and take money from me.""

TD products seem good, but accessing service without going into the branch is a pain as a partial user. Perhaps this speaks volumes about the security protocol, but for me it's more of an annoyance. Five stars today for service by Yasemin merging accounts and cleaning up various profiles. She streamlined my banking needs and was respectful of my time. Moreover, she proactively provided branded materials for my kids to learn about finances in a fun way. Thanks for service excellence Yasemin

Aside from one person, for one incident, this branch is fantastic for quick friendly service. Rarely a lineup of more than a couple of people, the location is very convenient and parking downstairs is always available. Great branch!

Worst most inconvenient branch ! I stop to use this bank machine quite a few times a week as it is only TD near me . They only have one bank machine and it is out of service at least once a week ! I try to go to s teller then and they only have one working and are sooo slow . This happens far too much and it’s so inconvenient .

EDIT: Issue was resolved with the branch. There were communication problems between the branch, myself, and what the website reports. The branch manager reached out to me and personally solved the matter! Thanks to everyone looking into this!________________________________ORIGINAL MESSAGE:I have a GIC with TD. It is set to auto-renew every 18 months. During the 18 month time period, the funds are 'locked in' and inaccessible. This is perfectly normal and was understood between myself and the bank manager at the time when I acquired the GIC.I was told, at the time of signing up for the GIC, that if I wanted to stop the auto-renewal process I simply had to contact the branch and a manager would put in a 'stop' notice so that at the end of the 18 month period the GIC would NOT renew and I would have access to the funds again.On two occasions I have gone to this branch to cancel the auto-renew on my GIC and on both occasions I was lied to. On both instances I have gone to a teller, informed them that I want the GIC to NOT auto-renew, then have the teller inform me that they cannot do it themselves at their terminal and would have to get a manager to take care of it. In both cases I watched the teller walk over to the manager and personally inform them of what I requested. The teller then came back to the desk and told me that the manager had been informed and they would put a stop to the auto-renewal right away. Despite going through this TWICE, the GIC is still set to auto-renew.

I absolutely dread having to come into this branch if I have to deal with a teller in person. There are hardly any tellers on duty. Today waiting in with two people in front of me and I did not get served for over 10 minutes!

Very disappointed with TD at the moment. I'm trying to do my part not going down to the branch and use their online message system. The reply was an FAQ that I already read and stated I need specific instructions, not I may need this or that. I'm not going to GUESS when transferring money!

I've been banking with TD for over 25 years and this was the very first location that made me feel judged. The lady quickly slams her teller desk to show closed as I walk to the line up and tells me her computer isn't working with an attitude. As the other teller helps me, she helps the next person, then sits down and acts with bad body language. The difference between me and the other customer is our skin tone and I am covered with tattoos. This location needs to step up their customer service and welcoming behavior. As a business owner with many staff, I can tell there is poor management. It was most likely the manager that brushed me off.
