Had Ricardo help me place some concrete on a job I was going to take on myself. The guy is an artist! The quality of the finishing was exceptional, he doesn’t waste time and his rate was much lower than expected.

9 Stars visited my site, committed to my project and provided me with a labour and time estimate. They then subsequently quoted me a significantly higher dollar amount than the original labour and time estimate would support, (and a higher per square foot charge than my neighbour's job) and when I politely questioned this, they dumped me with no explanation.
